Chubby Chico Charms

I am just received the order in the mail, and I'm very happy with it.
First, they have some pretty unique charms. I've been looking high and low for a bass clef charm, and was ecstatic when I found it here. They seem to have something for almost every facet of life!
The search function on their website is somewhat inefficient, unfortunately. It does not find everything they have based on your keyword. I was browsing the complete list of charms and found way more than the original search netted me.
Quick shipping and great communication all the way. I got updates when they received my order, when it was assigned a shipping number, when it was shipped and when it was delivered. Took only a few days overall.
The quality is very decent for the price.

I just had the most amazing experience with Chubby Chico Charms. Since graduation was cancelled, we decided to give each senior a key chain with the school logo on it and coordinates. Since this was time sensitive, they were able to complete the order and get it to us within a week! This is the second time I have used this company and I would highly recommend using them to anyone! The key chains came in and we are excited to give each one of our 550 seniors a special gift!

I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with Chubby Chico Charms. My orders have always arrived on time, in fact early, in some cases, and the bracelets and charms would be a deal at twice the price. The quality is just as good, if not better, than the "designer" brand of the same type items. My charms have never tarnished, discolored, etc.; the "designer" brand can't claim the same.

I had a question regarding one of the orders I had placed recently, and within 24 hours, not only was my question answered, but a new bracelet was on its way to me!

I love that they have a charm for almost any occasion!

There was a special where you recieved a free necklace if your order was 17.99 or more. I ordered 23 worth, but when they sent me an email confirmation the free necklace was not included. When I emailed them I was told my order was less than the 17.99 before the price of the necklace was added on.Told me I cant buy one necklace to get one free. They are sneaky scammers. Dont trust tjem. They are out to make money and screw you. I am furious!

I ordered a bracelet necklace set for my daughter yrs and yrs ago,was told to send back by mail and I would get the correct order! I sent it back, and guess what....no product and no money or credit back!!! Very disgusted with this company. Never ever will I buy any products from this place! I've told all my friends too!!!!!! Disgusted is an understatement!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I set up a fundraiser with this company and ordered a bracelet online for myself. It fell apart the first time I wore it. I should have trusted the negative reviews to begin with. But instead I trusted the company when I was told, "there are just some people you can't make happy." Don't become one of those people. If you buy jewelry from them or if you create a fundraiser, you will be disappointed.

Purchased a charm from this site and received it damaged. Sent pictures showing the clear damage and had to argue with customer service to receive a refund, at which point they did not refund the shipping because they "sent the item". After much more arguing, I was finally able to receive the refund. However, I was told I was being reported for "blackmailing" because I told them I would be posting my experience to Facebook. Worst customer service ever

Ordered for a fundraiser on 10/6, it is now 11/22 and I still have not received my order. I have contacted the company several times in various ways. Sometimes I got a response, sometimes not, but all the responses were rude. If you are thinking of buying from this company, dont

Customer service is not what we had hoped. While the jewelry is of good quality to actually reach someone is near impossible.

AWFUL customer service. Rude and have to argue with them when they send you a damaged item.

Did not receive a bracelet, that i paid for.
