Just got a 4600 convex installed in the truck I drive . The staff are very professional and extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. The installation was done quickly and clean looks factory installed. Craig is the best in the industry . If your in the Ohio area and you need your radio worked on or you need a new one this is the place to have it done. There facility is clean and can accommodate your rig inside to do the work. They do work on radios too if you need work done on one . I'm very satisfied with the work they performed.

I really like this radio store been coming here for years 7+. They always do me right, quick service and dependable honest work. I actually got my first CB there “that wasn’t gave to me”. I do have to say one thing though the tall skinny guy is amazing very friendly and extremely helpful. He is the new owner after Neil passed away. Him and the guy that works there with him are definitely keeping this CB radio and Audio shop going strong. I actually just stopped in and bought a new CB and antenna the other day. They tuned it up to a perfect 1.0 SWR. “As you can see in my photo with the microphone engaged.” Love the auto SWR meter in the stryker radio’s and the blue light in there A.R.10 stryker antenna. They never try to push anything on you they always give you answers to your questions so you can make your own decision on what to buy. I hope they keep this place going strong until I’m old enough to retire. If they went out of business I wouldn’t know where to go. They’ve always been my choice for radios, antenna’s and accessories. I know I’ll be a loyal customer as long as I’m driving a truck. You guys keep up the good work!

Super helpful! Brought my CB in to get checked out. It had been sitting on the shelf for about 8 years. Did a thorough check up, peak and test. Found out that my mic was bad. That was good to know, LOL! Plenty of parts and supplies in stock. Bought a new antenna and power cable. As well as a new mic! Thank you for your help!

Went on for repairs on a 30 year old cb. That was quickly handled and reasonably priced. Seen a lot of good accessories for cb and stereos. Ended up getting a 2nd radio as well. Good prices, excellent service.

Very good. I've been taking my radio to them for years. Anything that I need to get done, they've been the ones to do it. I am a very picky person on who I let touch my radio. I called ahead and the gentleman was very knowledgeable and patient. I needed speakers for a semi truck and a amp. Showed up and got what we spoke about. I then inquired about a new CB. He took the time to break down the differences between units and did a great job qualifying what it was I was looking for. Put together a awesome package for me and again was very patient qith all my questions. I'd definitely recommend and will shop here again.

They were very helpful. Had a new stereo installed in less than 2 hours and saved us a bunch if money. Kia dealership wanted $3000 to replace the stereo but we paid $530.00. So happy we found them!

Folks . Wow for those of you still in to the CB radio world then this is the place for you. The man who runs this is really nice. They have a lot of things that you need . Cobra. president ranger radios l, and microphones. Also antennas. What really takes the cake, they works on big vehicles , semis, your car . Which is great . You don't find too many other places like that . And his place is really clean, and big . So if you're looking for something. He most likely can get it for you. So check him out.
