Great experience here. I forgot to get his name but the guy was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Wiling to spend some time with me to try and get a juice close to what I was looking for. Unfortunately it’s not really what I wanted and I’m not a fan of the juice, however I won’t ding the company or the staff since taste is extremely subjective. He did however recommend a tank I hadn’t heard of but went ahead and bought it based on how much he recommended it. So far the tank has been excellent!

I just wanted to thank Codi for all of her help and Patience with my daughter today! She was very helpful and took her time explaining how everything worked and how to use it. Very awesome experience!!!

I gave this location five stars but I need to update... I wish I could give them 20 stars the deals are good always but that's not why I gave it five stars the deals are great but the customer service i ALWAYS receive here is absolutely impressive to say the least... There's been a couple occasions where they definitely went above and beyond... I wish I could request the employees getting a raise seriously I'll never go elsewhere ‼‼‼

I’ve been going to this location for a year or so. The staff makes great recommendations. Honestly worth the trip staff makes the store. Product selection is solid as well. I was so happy they had replacement glass for almost every one of my tanks… can’t blame them for not having one for a crazy old set up….

Every single time I come in, I'm always greeted, helped with enthusiasm, and have the BEST experience. The employees here know what they're talking about and they're always happy to give great recommendations! I can never see myself going anywhere else!

There was also another gentleman in the store working in there with him who was just as helpful but I didn't catch his name. Awesome people.

Recently purchased a defective tank that ended up leaking juice on my box then frying the power to it. Instead of the normal store credit and then pay the difference off for the new box mod, they completely replaced it for free and threw in some juice on top of that. Extremely accommodating staff with exceptional service and product knowledge. I will absolutely be coming back and I highly recommend anyone to stop in!

I went to get help and Jayden helped me out literally for 15 minutes went through a bunch of different juices & explained to me how it worked and what juices to use and not use. 10/10 great costumer service!

My experience at Kings was great! I came in looking for a tank that they didn't have, but they gave me other suggestions and I ended up walking out with a tank that I LOVE. It was a little busy, but the staff there handled everything in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend.

I stopped in last night to grab some juice. Shay helped me. She was very friendly and she always helps me get everything that I need and pick the right products. Unfortunately last night she also had to deal with a disrespectful customer after helping me, yelling at her because the system froze. Even after being yelled at buy a customer for something that wasn't her fault she still remained calm and helped this lady out the best she could with a smile on her face despite the comments that were made towards her

The customer service is on point 100% here. I enjoy talking to the employees and asking them for the opinions. A team kind of staff!!!!

Really friendly staff. I was new to the whole gaping thing and the girl working took time out to explain it all to me. Didn't pressure me into getting anything I didn't need or try to get me to spend more money. She gladly hung out while I tried different flavors. I know I was annoying about it, but not once did any of the staff make a deal about it or look upset by my requests. It's been almost 3 weeks and I've quit smoking thanks to their help!

Callen at your shop here at Kent is excellent. I came in to get some juice and eat my Taco Bell. While I was here eating I observed the diligence he had with each customer. Explaining to an older customer absolutely everything she could possibly need as many of them(elderly)are confused. Positively upbeat Callen he made the experience for her great. She left with way more knowledge about coils, juice and pods than she had learned thus far. His patience/knowledge will definitely keep me coming back. 12/10 employee.

Staff is fantastic and knowledgeable and passionate. Bought my first sub ohm set up with them over teo years ago and many more items since. Some say they are expensive but i find them resonable accross the board. Its a brick and morter store so not as cheap as the internet but you get personal service. Never hard a bad experience in fact most of the customers will help you figure things out as well.

Good selection of vaporizers and super helpful service. Prices are average for premium e-juices. The house made juices are a great price, and just as flavorful as the premium ones, but may not be compatible with some tanks.
