Lowe’s - your flooring staff, specifically Mason, does an amazing job. He is knowledgeable, gets help when needed, and goes above and beyond to help customers. Huge kudos to him!

I recently visited Lowe’s to purchase parts to repair a leaky toilet. Mike in plumbing was so very helpful and kind. I appreciate that he took so much time to help me resolve the issue. Thank you, Mike.

I have shopped here for all of my home improvement projects. Easy to get to and more than enough parking. The employees are very helpful, courteous, & knowledgeable. What I really like is the fact if you don't know something, you can step up to the customer service desk and ask for an employee who has experience with a certain part or product and they will stay with you until all of your questions are answered. It is a very calm and relaxed shopping experience. Great place for your home improvement needs.

Always a helpful staff when I enter this store as I always have some sort of question to ask. Of one employee doesn’t know they answer they will make sure they find a co worker that does to help you to the fullest. Many times employees have went above and beyond to help me with my needs of service. I’d rather come here and spend a couple bucks more on a few products than go elsewhere like Walmart and not get useful help when it’s needed for certain situations. Pleasant atmosphere in the store and always clean. You can always ask them if they can order something they may not carry in the store as we’ve been able to order a few items through them we couldn’t find in their store or elsewhere and it worked out great! I highly recommend this store!

There was an older gentleman that helped me and my fiance in the bolt section on which bolts to get on redoing our closet and he was really nice and helpful. Lowes has some great employees. Appreciated all the help and generosity!

Went for the flowers and kept going back. They have a wide selection of flowers and the staff was very knowledgeable about them and were will to help. Reasonable prices too. Will continue to buy my flowers there and recommend this to anyone.

All I have to say is that the staff that helped me pick out my supplies to install my central air ductwork was very knowledgeable. Made sure I had all of the right equipment and the flexible ducting was awesome. Sometimes the lines are a little slow but I don't complain due to knowledgeable staff.

Easily had one of the best experiences at Lowes in Bellefontaine yesterday morning. I woke up to a busted hot water heater which needed to be completely replaced. I stopped by Lowes in Bellefontaine, hoping to gain some knowledge about what I needed to do. Kurt (or Curt) was (and always is) an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful person. He is my go-to when it comes to my projects, as he knows where darn near everything is in this store, or what I would need to fully complete my project.
After asking some questions about my situation, he led me to the right water heater, and suggested some hoses that would make my whole install easy (which it did).
While walking to the front to check out, Cathy at the customer service desk asked me how I was and if I found everything Ok. I answered and asked if I could check out with her at the desk (not because there was a line, I just didn't want to wheel my cart to the registers and the door was closer (#lazyonmypart). she had no issue and got me all taken care of :) I was a bit clueless going in yesterday morning, but emerged about 30 minutes later with the knowledge and products I needed to make my water heater switch out a success!

Easy to see from the road. Easy to enter/exit from/to US 68.

The place was a zoo today due to nice weather and it being the day before Mother's Day. Nonetheless, the staff were unfailingly polite, cheerful, and helpful.

We either found, or had people locate, everything we needed.

Lowe's lumber yard was short handed and I was unable to load lumber. I was fortunate to have Arron from Lawn and Garden cameo and saw we needed help even though it was not his Department. He was very friendly and extremely helpful to pick out quality lumber.

Mike Trout and several other employees at the millwood desk went out of their way to help me with a special order door handle and lock after an unfortunate incident at my home.
Mike kept me informed of the progress in getting the handle and lock. He came and installed the hardware the same day it was received.
I simply had to leave this comment. At a terrible time in my life, I was treated professionally and courteously from the initial ordering to the installation. I am thankful.
