Awesomeness in a cup!!! Fresh doughnuts at 3:45 pm!!! Great service and awesome staff!!

Thank you to the staff working 3/12 . Never been to a dunkin’ before but i needed coffee asap . Whoever was working the window was nice enough to help me order my coffee, a brownie batter hot coffee with sugar & cream, & she even paid for it for me in case i didn’t like it . loved the coffee & service, appreciate y’all !

I rarely eat there but to me the breakfast sandwiches have a odd taste like being cooked in a dirty oven or something I can't explain it.
It's happened at two different locations so I'm not sure what it is .

Got an iced coffee with an extra kick of caffeine, that drink was really good and the woman who took my order was really nice.

Coffee was good and hot. Line at the drive-through was long. And I was not able to go inside to the counter to order my beverage.

However, this establishment seems to be suffering from a workforce shortage like other food places.

Let us hope and pray this changes sooner than later.

It is a small location not a stand alone but the make use of the space nicely. I got donuts for the office which never disappoint. I got a new non meat breakfast sandwich which I have to say is delicious. A tad spicy but not in an unbearable way just well flavored. The staff is super nice and have never had a bad experience here. Good job Dunkin way better than Starbucks could dream of being.

This is the absolute best Dunkin in Ohio. I should know since I’ve been to almost every location in the state. The staff is amazing and they know what we want before we even ask. The store is always clean and we never have to wait long, even when they are extremely busy. We are always greeted with a smile in the mornings and afternoons and we always look forward to our visits. The staff makes this place what it is and we appreciate all of you. Thank you!

Friendly staff and good coffee

Went in yesterday and had Corbin serve me. She was the sweetest person along with her coworkers Bill and Leanna. They were very busy but kept smiles in their faces and got me in and out quickly. Will definitely be going back!

My wife and I stopped by to get coffee and try the donut fries. While at window, the computer system went down, but the manager on duty was extremely applogetic and made sure we got the correct order and change. The service we received was top notch, not to mention the orders perfect.

Holy smokes it's been forever since I've been to the area but this Dunkin seemed pretty new. The crew was on point! The coffee was piping hot and delicious! I have to say out of all the Dunkin's (and yes I have been to a few lol) these guys/gals had the MOST fresh and delicious doughnuts I have ever had. Wow!! And I pulled through at about 8:45a. Kudos!! I highly recommend that you have some coffee and grab a doughnut (or more) when passing by/through the area (I believe Bellview/ Der Dutchman Restaurant) off of 71.

Honestly I go here like every other day!! I noticed when they started having a shortage of employees but was honestly impressed with how it appeared they were handling it!! Most of the people I have actually had interactions with in the drive thru have been dope!! 10/10 would recommend 😊

I have been stopping here since they have opened and Ive never had a problem with them. Drinks and food are yummy. Ordering from the app is easy, tho I have a hard time pacing the fix now, so its ready when you get there and doing the ordering while you drive.

Dunkin in a gas station. Good donuts if they don't keep running out.

This dunkin has the BEST chocolate frosted donuts. They were so fresh and pretty sizable. I usually get my dunkin in Cleveland on my way down to Columbus but this will be my new go to.

I'm a "Dunk" fan and let's face it some stores get it right and some struggle. This store has never let me down.. great customer service..always friendly and accurate.
