Panera Bread

Jackson the Manager was very helpful with an issue I had with my order. Although Panera's food and portions are WAY overpriced, I may come again because of the service received this visit.

Always fresh, always amazing, always sweet 🩵 only quick breakfast I eat in town.

Very tasty food, the family feast meals are a super good deal, and you can pick up rapid pickup orders in the drive thru now.

While I try to support local cafes mostly, it's nice to have a reliable chain option like Panera nearby for healthy-ish food options, copious amounts of coffee, plenty of seating for business or social meetings and dependable, kind service. Especially appreciated that it's open on Sundays while most local shops are closed. The pre-order to pick-up option has come in handy in the past for group gatherings as well.

The food is always good and the coffee and smoothies are good too. The drive through can be slow when it is crowded but otherwise it is usually pretty fast. The staff are friendly. The bread and pastries are always fresh and very good. Usually there is not too long of a wait and they follow covid protocols with distance between tables and masks required inside when not at a table

I've never been disappointed at this location. The employees are always friendly and attentive. There's typically a slightly longer wait for the food than a usual fast food joint but you have to wait a couple extra mins to get food made fresh when you order it. The taste and quality of the food is always on point. The place is always been clean. The environment is pleasant and quiet.

Up date changing my review. Gave them another chance and yes 3rd time was charm. They have the best broccoli cheese soup n I love the half bowls n half sandwiches. Sometime I think I need to watch myself when giving a review was it the place I was at or was I having a bad day.

Melissa is amazing!! Always pleasant to work with even though they have been really short staffed, she's still friendly and has a smile! She and her team are also very considerate when it comes to working with the dashers!!! I appreciate you guys!

Great place to grab a bite to eat and talk for a bit. The staff are really friendly and welcoming.

I came in with my swim team (there were about 40 of us) and the staff was amazing. They were extremely calm and answered all of my questions despite the long line behind me. Thy also gave us a discount on the cookies! Charity, in particular was very sweet, accommodating, and helpful. I would definitely come back to this wonderful Panera Bread again.

Great fresh bread and pastries. When I want a crusty on the outside, chewy on the inside, this is where I go. I think they also make the best bear claws around. I love them, my weight hates me to eat them. Gosh they're good!!

I went to this location in the morning and it was very clean and tidy. I had a bagel and a cafe mocha. The mocha was a little strong for my preference but I just attribute that to my own taste. Overall I was satisfied.

Best Panera experience ever! The staff, especially Charity was so accommodating and kind even when a bus of hungry swimmers showed up at their door. They were patient with the long line of customers but also fast with the food. Would come back 100%!!🙂🏊🏻‍♂

I absolutely LOVE the mt vernon Panera bread. The food is a little expensive but the staff is super friendly and honestly you get good service and food I have never had a bad experience. I'd rather pay higher for food and know that It's super clean. I hate it when I goto places like mcds or DQ and you order a ice cream cone and there touching your cone with there bare hands.

Food is good and plenty to pick from. Staff and managers are the best!

Great people working there, food is good comfort food. Enjoyed the bread bowl with chicken and rice soup. The crafted drinks are AWESOME!
