Sold a home with black mold . Noureen Fatima made $110,000 to be exact and now i have $25,000 worth of bathroom repairs. Black mold advertising completely remodeled under floor black mold rotting floor.Money for a roof NOT $25,000 for black mold bathroom .you definitely should not be able to sell house that you can't live in . the house only had one bathroom. Maybe i can shower at your house. You said you would go to seller so we can stay out of court then refused. The least you could have done. Do unto others. Remember the golden rule. Everyone is passing the buck. Key realty. Inspector. Am i supposed to rip up the floor before i buy a house?

I have had this misfortune of talking to Anthony, he doesn’t take concern’s seriously. Was very disrespectful to me and belittled me. Spent 10 mins on the phone yelling at me. He said and I quote “ I have been in the business 20 years and never had someone question me”. Clearly he lacks enough professionalism and respect to handle a position dealing with people.

I don’t know much about the company, but if this is one of their key agents, it speaks volumes.

Sellers agent was totally unresponsive.
