The best Pharmacy in Defiance Ohio by far! Kieu & the staff care for the community & their pets. They also carry the best home medical supplies that comfort you in many ways. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Very accommodating and quick

Best compound pharmacy in the area. Glad I don't have to drive to Toledo or Ft Wayne for my special scripts. Might need to checkout their chairs.

Supper nice employees, and I had a question for the pharmacist and they stopped to take the time to help me out and really explan and answer my questions.

Tammy was very good at answering my questions even though they had to to send us elsewhere. Very good customer service.

They advertise the ease in which you can transfer your medical needs but this is not the case. All staff members that we had to deal with were inconsiderate and rude. What a joke. I’m still doing business with the old PR Medical…now out of VanWert. I would rather travel 60 miles than deal with this company. It’s a shame that a small town business treats people this way! If you have to use this company, good luck. Obviously they all have personal issues.

Do not recommend this company. Rude employees. Example: went in to make purchase . Sales person was leading me to desk to pay. A man came in. Stopped her for a question. Then she ignored me. Started helping him. After a few minutes I walked out. Went to another supply store. Have never gone back to Okuley's.
