I just Love O'Reilly Auto Parts Store ;) I always get the best service and guarantee is in place for lowest price around ( and they even call the competitor to see if their price was lower, and if it is by chance lower than what O'Reilly , then O'Reilly price matches ) .

Store employee Teri at the Mount Vernon, OH O'Reilly Auto Parts store was super helpful, knowledgable, courteous and friendly both on the phone, in talking about battery options for my 1999 Ford F-150, and in person at the store. She took the time to go outside to test my battery, alternator and starter, and then I was able to make a good decision on a new battery. She also determined that the diodes on the alternator are faulty.

Yesterday my husband and I needed some tire plugs for a hole in my tire. The guys that were there were exceptional! Customer service was A-1!!! Nothing like small town, good people!!!!
