Los Gallos Mexican Restaurant and Cantina

Stopped in again and the food is still fantastic! Love the decor and the service. Maybe the only downside on this trip was the key lime cheesecake was a tad dry - but flavorful nonetheless. Fab food. Fab service. Fab decor. Alexandra was the very best. The ceviche starter was easily large enough to satisfy four people!

Food delicious like their other location, prices are very reasonable, and we really like the vibe. But I do have one warning, come hungry because the portions are HUGE.

If you want to talk about authentic Mexican, then this is where we're going to talk about it at! The only thing I can say is this establishment specifically this one, it's just an amazing place they have karaoke they have fantastic food real mahogany tables with leather tops classy! If there's one thing I've noticed about Mexican Cuisine is that it is 100% authentic these people throw down in that kitchen my favorite meal is The Three Amigos it's the triple threat you get steak chicken and shrimp on a cast iron that is just sizzling with cheese grease and yummy oils that everything was marinated in I have never had a bad experience here and they are so humble and so quick to serve

What a great night out! Absolutely blown away by the custom built interior of this place. From the hand painted murals and custom tile work. Custom woodwork all combined with modern flooring and other wall coverings. Custom embroidery and leather work. The list goes on.

The service was exceptional and the food was soo good. I ordered Fajitas like I normally do but this place isn't your normal small town Mexican restaurant.

For starters they have coleslaw as well as salsa with their chips. It just works and you simply can't get enough. It is so creamy and scooping it up with the chips soon feels very natural.

Back to the Fajitas which had pineapple, bacon, broccoli. The main proteins were shrimp, steak and chicken and also scallops. I the had them add fresh jalapenos to the mix of fried onions and peppers. It came in a huge cast iron 10 lb bowl.
LOL! That sucker holds the heat a very long time.

The side plate had your traditional rice, beans, Gaucamole, pico, lettuce and sour cream etc.. also very well done.

I fought to eat as much as I could but still required 2 to go boxes and the quantity matched the quality in it's abundance.
I am sure to get at least 2 more meals out of this I the truck.

Definitely reccomend this place and will be making an extra effort to try and return here for a future visit.

Awesome Amazing food, large restaurant with great seating, outdoor patio with seating& dj music..also an amazing bar. Love the atmosphere. Decorated phenomenally! Great place!

Food and atmosphere was amazing. Every time I am in Ohio you will find me stopping there. I wish they were in Pittsburgh. If you get a chance to dine there you will not be disappointed

Big portions and flavorful! Definitely worth the price! The tomatillo sauce was phenomenal! I had the Pazoles which was probably the best I’ve ever had! Fresh chips and salsa…the salsa was thick and delicious just how I like it! Don’t need any spice to it at all, perfect as is!
Mojito was superb! Oh they have so many great menu options for everyone I wish I could eat here 5 days a week until I try everything they have!!! My only question is why coleslaw with cups and salsa? Hmmm must be a local thing because I’ve never seen that in all my travels across the country!

I ordered the tacos for dinner, al pastor and carnitas. Both types are fantastic, I'd order them without cheese or cheese on the side. I was absolutely stuffed for a $13 plate(beans and rice are not pictured), the tacos were loaded with meat. Haven't been here in years, but the food was fantastic and I'll be sure to not wait as long for my next visit.

This place had a cool vibe. Big bar area lots of seating. Food was great and so was the service! It was a work lunch ...ty work 😊

Omg my family loves it here .We all love Paige so much she is a Awesome Bartender she is so on point even when she gets so busy .She is Awesome we come and always want her to wait on use .

Wow the food was great and full of flavor. Service was good and the place was very clean. Lots of awesome decor. Definitely one of the best places for mexician food around Youngstown.

Biggest portions of fajitas for two you’ll get anywhere really good tasting and owner corrected what needed to be corrected with an issue & in a timely manor

This place was amazing, the interior would leave you thinking you walked into Mexico, the food was great the staff was great. Their proportions are super generous especially for the price. Had a great time there with our party of 7, who were very easily accommodated.
