Buckeye Stoves

I had a defect in my wood stove, and called Buckeye Stoves. I spoke to Candy who took my information and told me she would look into it. She was a strong advocate for me in dealing with the manufacturer. She was able to get the part replaced, and immediately put me on the schedule to have their field personnel put it on. I strongly suggest anyone looking for a stove, to make the call or visit their store.

Great local business. Decided that it was time to add a pellet insert to my home. I was trying to not rely totally on propane. A good friend of mine suggested that I go down to buckeye stove and talk to them about a stove. The owner Loraine answered all of my questions about the Harman pellet insert that I was interested in. I left there very confident about the stove that I was going to purchase. To make a long story short. I had to do some modifications to my fireplace to make the insert fit. After two more trips to buckeye stove, to take more measurement and ask more questions which they generously helped with, I had them ordered my new stove. I had them do all the installation, the guys did an awesome job. They were very professional, arrived on time and left no mess behind. They went through all the functions of the stove and made sure I understood the operation before they left. Overall very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be doing business again with them soon.

I did a great deal of research and finally found Buckeye Stoves. We love our Mendota gas fireplace. Our home was 100% electric which is expensive, our budget cost was just over $300 per month. I set our heat pump to 65 degrees for the whole winter and our fireplace to 73 degrees during the day and 65 degrees at night and our cost for electric & gas is $200 per month, so we are saving $100 a month or $1200 a year. By the way Buckeye also provides great service. I recommend them.
