Went for Air,the tire was low, seemingly the the air compressor had automatic shut off once the tire was filled completely. The best part is if anything went wrong I was at the right place for all my car needs.

I always have an awesome experience at this Conrad's. Bob helped us today and has helped us in the past as well. He is always very nice, kind and willing to work with you no matter what the situation. We had a bit of a mishap when we originally came in to see what was wrong with our car, but when we brought it in today to get it serviced, he took care of us with no questions asked and no problem! Everyone is always smiling and the gentlemen in the shop take time to fix our car and or make sure we know what's going on with it, not just half way fix it to get us in and out! That's definately appreciated! Thank you to this team at Conrad's for being amazing and wonderful!!! We will be back soon!

I had a tire that needed air every 1.5 miles. It was first thing in the morning and appointments were booked. They didn't know if they could get me in. The service manager Ray and the tech Mike, got me in and repaired the tire that was on the edge of repair. They pulled a piece of a spring out of the tire. Thank you!

I went for oil, lube change + tire and courtesy inspection. The promotion price was great, and they did not try to trick me with additional services, as in other car services agencies around. I asked about the tires status, as in different agency I was told to replace them half a year ago, but here they assured me that the tires are in good shape, no need to replace. I would definitely recommend their service. Please remember to schedule appointment, and be prepared - it will be around 2 hours, so plan ahead.

I went in for an oil change at a different company and was told that both of my brakes were at 30% use and needed to be changed immediately. I didn't have enough money at the time to get it done, (at least not what they were going to charge me) and so I went to Conrad's for a second opinion around late October. I don't know much about cars but I do know when I'm being tricked. So when I explained my situation to Al at the North Randall location, he inspected my brakes free of charge and told me that only the front set were at 30% but the back ones were fine. I told him I would be driving home to Boston for the holiday and wanted to make sure I'd be safe. He was very compassionate and told me to come back mid-December and he'd look at them again. When I brought the car in, I decided to just get the front brakes fixed instead of both the front and backs. Al remembered me and assured me I would be safe on my trip home. When I picked up my car, not only was it less expensive than their competitor but Al took the time to explain what was wrong with my brakes and what exactly they did to fix it. It was refreshing not to have unexpected or unnecessary charges! He wished me a safe trip home and happy holiday! I'm so glad I chose Conrads and got such quality customer service and work done.

They were very courteous and professional in helping me select products. Accommodated me into their schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. I liked receiving the video of the vehicle inspection. I also did the cost comparison on tires and found that they were the lowest price.

This place was recommended by a friend at work. Since I drive a Spark and the tires are small, they need a lot of refilling in the winter. The free air here has probably saved me over $50, no joke.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They won't try to force you to get something done on your vehicle you don't want done. My personal experiences with them have been completed and total honesty. They recommended I replace my serpentine belt, but I wanted to wait a few days for my paycheck, and the day I got my paycheck the serpentine belt snapped while I was driving on the freeway.

I spoke to Kane last week to ask about sales on tires as I needed 4 for my car. He was very professional and respected. He ordered Good Year tires for me from Akron Store. Kane also told me that I got 40 dollars off.
When my car was ready, Nathan gave me my warranty papers and also told me that I had mail in rebate of 25 dollars. He was very professional and respectful.
I have been with Conrads for almost 15 years and I am happy to go back for Great Service!

I purchased a tire from Conrad’s a year ago it was still covered under warranty. They sealed my tire without any issues and without charge.

They also have a cool feature that I’m going to tell everyone I know about! They did a walk around of my car and text me a video with suggestions. I was able to come up w a hassle free decision. Which gave my dad some relief that I wasn’t dealing with a shady mechanic.

I truly enjoyed my experience and we’ll be back to purchase more tires on my next pay.

Conrad's provides superb customer service and quality car care. Because they take such good care of everyone, whether walk in or appointment, my oil change appointment last week went without being serviced. Immediately rescheduled and the crew made sure I was taken care of in a speedy manner. This Conrad's location has been the only place to service my brand new car and I will continue to take it there. Awesome job Kane and crew!

I take all of my companies vehicles to their location. Sometimes their prices are a little high but the value outweighs the price. Bottom line if you want your vehicle fixed right the first time these are the guys. Their master technician is amazing even the crew. Shut out to Bobby for all his great work thank you.

The service was fast and so friendly! The price was very reasonable. I came in prepared to turn down a thousand upselling / add-on questions like I usually get at oil-change places but none were asked! Such a relief. They also provided coffee, popcorn, and the remote for the tv while I waited. I will definitely revisit and recommend this location!

The experience is always good at Conrad's, but I was particularly impressed with the text message and the video explaining what was found on the car, and what could possibly be wrong with the car. Also, having not only the clerk but the worker that was at the front desk involved with what possibly could go wrong or be wrong was of a great advantage since what I thought was wrong with the car was not actually the case. It's saved me hundreds of dollars and great appreciation that the car is running well again. Thanks to Bob and the worker that was with him at the time of the appointment!

I love this Conrad’s. I was greeted upon entry, serviced with an honest fair estimate and encouraged to return to have the work repaired. I wasn’t pressured or taken advantage of because I’m a woman, instead I was treated with courtesy, patience and professionalism. When I get the money to have the work repaired, I will return to this location because of the great customer service I received.

Incredible experience had an appointment scheduled and I arrived early, was told that I would have an hour wait and the job was done in less than an hour. Mark assisted me with everything I needed and was very friendly. Great place to get work done on your car

This location has the best honest customer care I have dealt with in so long anywhere. The manager is so friendly his name is Kane...and the young man name Mike at front desk..they are so wonderful. I will never go anywhere else. They get a Ten..serviced my tires today and looked out for my safety with out overcharging me..I am so great fun to them. Thank you guys so much. MS Juanita

My experience at Conrads was AWESOME! I did make an appointment but as I was driving by I decided to stop in, they were not busy at all, purchased 2 tires with installation. I was out within 20 minutes. I'm pleased.
