Ken's Furniture and Mattress Center

Wow! I was searching for a new sectional but it had to fit a specific place with certain dimensions. I went into a few places in Defiance but felt the most welcomed at Ken’s. Everyone there was so helpful especially with me being indecisive. I can’t express how amazing the experience of picking out a couch, the material, pillows and even the outstanding delivery service was. Thank you so much!

Absolutely fabulous staff! Very helpful. Not at all pushy like most bigger stores. Nice selection. Didn't expect to find anything on the first pass, but shockingly found an excellent couch on the floor, ordered a matching chair that will be delivered once in. Took our old couch for a small inexpensive fee. If you're in or near Defiance I can't recommend them more! Didn't go there for more than a couch and chair, but when something else is needed they'll get the first call over the big chain stores.

I was shopping for a new recliner for my husband for Christmas. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I shopped a few other stores and Kens was the best price. They also offer free delivery (delivery staff was wonderful!). I would definitely recommend to others and will be shopping there in the future.

Great place to buy your furniture. Service is great. From shopping for your purchase ( not pushy, but right there if you have a question) give you space and time to decide. Delivery was same day! They were great and friendly as always. In and out in no time. Even took the old chair with them. I have made most of my furniture purchases at Kens. You can't go wrong!

Super friendly people to work with. They helped me with all my questions and I didn't feel like I disrupted their time. Definitely stopping here for my next purchase in the future. Actually made two purchases in one month a couch and a mattress both we are very satisfied with.

Andy and Dave delivered a new lift chair to my parents today and then delivered their extra chair that was previously bought at Ken's to my home. They were very helpful and pleasant. Thank you both again.

Great store! Customer service is wonderful! Tim did an exceptional job helping us pick colors & style of furniture. Everyone was very friendly & helpful. Prices are reasonable. A lot of great selections offered . I would highly recommend them if you are looking for furniture!

People were very polite and most helpful. Has a wonderful selection. Visiting from another state but would definitely buy from them...you haven't tried them. Then you need too.

Had a very good sales person in the store to help me. The 2 delivery people where very nice and helpful. We are very pleased with everything.

Best experience I've had shopping for furniture, ever! Walked in, surveyed the set-up to see where we needed to go. Steve walked up and asked if he could help us in under five minutes. He was able to take us right to where we needed to be. Gave us a few suggestions based on our height and, well saved us quite a bit of time. My wife and I made a same day purchase. No pressure to buy from him either. Closest thing to bliss regarding furniture shopping. Thanks Steve! Very nice selection of furniture, we were looking for a couch and chaise lounge. Sharon our salesman, was very informative, she new the products, was able to set us up with exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back for our next purchase.

Kudos to Dave and Rob?. They delivered a recliner for my brother to my Mom's home. They took care of arranging the new and the old. Plus they brought a long stemmed rose for mom. She was impressed with their politeness and work ethic.

Sales clerk very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Able to deliver new chairs in a couple days. Just wish there was a better selection of colors and prints.

Great service and products

Nearly everything in our house is from Ken's. We still love every piece that we have bought. The staff is friendly, not overly pushy, and they are all local folks that you will see around town.
