BEST HARDWARE STORE EVER! I don’t have many tools at home and am a little clueless when it comes to fixing even the small things, and the Owner helped me solve my problem in minutes and treated me like family while doing so. Completely judgement free and welcoming - it’s rare to be treated this way as a woman in a hardware store! I will absolutely be coming back! You have gained a customer for life!

I have been going to them for years and years. It is my first stop (as opposed to going to a superstore) because of the friendly and honest service, no matter how small my need might be. It is really comforting that I can go to a place to ask how to take of a repair correctly and get the right hardware for the job without feeling intimidated. They are the best!

Amazing! They have so much inventory and in such a little space. Service is above and beyond, consistently. Way better than going to one of the giant chains where nobody knows where anything is and you have to walk for 15 minutes to find what you want. Owner is fabulous as id's all of the staff and I give them my business as often as possible.

Great store!! Phenomenal and very personal service and even for its small size they have a lot of product and probably have what you’re looking for. If they don’t, they probably have the next best thing and can give you some good counseling on it. Will definitely be back.

Great selection for such a small place. The owner and his staff are very knowledgeable, and if you don’t know 100% what something is called or what you are doing, they are always happy to help. Prices are surprisingly close to the big box stores and Amazon, and best of all you can get in and out of the store in minutes and treated with respect. Highly recommend forgetting about Home Depot and Lowe’s and just shop here.

Very helpful staff

Leans more toward the "old-school" hardware store than the big box stores. For me, this is a good thing. They generally have what I'm looking for, even when it's an odd thing (I have an old, odd house).
And their staff is good, too. I've come in with a piping problem, we build it there in the store and then take it apart to find out the price. Very flexible.
Did I mention they do screens, too?

Had my first visit today. Another well-regarded independent hardware store, that shall not be named, completely messed up the spare keys I needed made for my new apartment. Went to Cedar Center HW and had three perfectly working sets of keys for my family and myself ten minutes later. Will be back for my other hardware needs.

Very professional and engaging staff, they have every item you could ever need in your home, and they make the best keys! I bought 3 and each one of them fit and worked like the original key!

They were great as usual. I needed some special car key fob batteries and they have what I needed!

I had driven by Cedar Center Hardware many times but never went in. The water line to my refrigerator sprung a leak, and I had to replace it. In the process, I managed to mangle the brass fittings that connected on the fridge end, trying to separate them from each other and the old tubing. I called Frigidaire to see if I could order replacement parts. It wasn't even certain that the parts they were quoting were the parts I needed. One was $.78 cents. The other $25!! I was about to head to Home Depot to see if I could locate these small plumbing parts, but I sensed that would be a fiasco. I knew I would probably never find them on my own, and finding a knowledgeable (or any) employee to help seemed about as futile, based on past experience. I decided to give Cedar Center Hardware a try. What a great decision!

I was amazed by how many items they had in what I thought was a small store. Not one, but two people (the owner Lenny and based on their website I believe the store manager Ken, if it was someone else I apologize) helped me right away! They quickly diagnosed what parts I needed, and found them in their bins. They took the time to show me how everything should go together. They were friendly and helpful the whole time. All of that great customer service, and my total cost was $.84 cents! I felt guilty, paying so little for such awesome service and help. I was so impressed with the great customer service they provided for such a small sale. The parts worked beautifully, and the ice maker and water dispenser on my fridge are back up and running. While they didn't make much profit on that sale, they won a repeat customer for life. I will use them for all of my future hardware needs, and highly recommend anyone else do so as well!

They were very helpful and guided me through fixing my leaking sink! Their tutelage enabled me to solve the problem, properly, the first time!

Most people in the area know this place as the best place in the area. I have been referred here by employees of other stores multiple times. Cheaper, more knowledgeable and very friendly.
