Drum Runner has unmatched customer service. Their product quality is second to none, and their abilities span everything from simple standard designs, to meeting custom needs. They run their business with integrity, and want to ensure they're doing right by everybody involved. I cannot say enough good about them!

Friendly people.

My company placed and order in May 2019 and was given a 'worst case delivery' for July 2019. After numerous phone calls and emails throughout the time period, we were given multiple excuses on different parts not available from their suppliers. After prying for months we finally took delivery in late November 2019. The customer service was sub-par, and no attempts to make it right were given. We have approximately 12 of their drum-lifts and this was not our first time having an issue. We will look toward other options in the future.

My fiance worked for 3 weeks and was let go. Upon of being let go, Angie who answers the phone said his check will be mailed. It has been a week and we can not get an answer from drum runner as of where his 3 week check is and she said (Angie) it's not her problem and hung up. This is a violation of labor laws. This is not right. And Angie is one of the rudest people I've met lately drum runner needs better receptionist
