Loudonville Canoe Livery

This was our second visit, the first over 3 years ago. This time we brought our 3 children, 8-12yo, and we all had a great time. Good price & quick service getting us back to our cars after the trip.

Fantastic small business with super friendly staff and variety of equipment. They have tandem kayaks and regular ones. Also have cooler carriers to strap to kayak for easy convenience. Highly recommend them.

The staff here were super friendly and helpful and offered up some good advice on special things to keep an eye out for like the eagle aerie as well as landmarks for arriving back at the livery. I also like that they take you upstream and you canoe back rather than the opposite! Would definitely go back! Very family friendly!

This place is great. Skylar answered the call and all my questions with a smile. Trevor and the other guys got us in the canoe and we’re at the stop down river waiting for us! They were all young men 18-23(ish) and SO POLITE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this livery!

Skylar was Amazingly helpful to us when we brought our own kayaks and had a Billion questions for him! We got very confused and he showed us where to launch and gave us great advice.

Do you want a amazing experience? This place really touched home because everyone here makes you feel welcomed and there's something special about the environment and energy that's almost impossible to not to be around. Always be open minded and never let others dictate what you do. I absolutely love this place thank you so much for the amazing time.

The livery itself was quick and efficient, even while very busy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downfall was halfway through the trip, 2 more liveries were dropping boatloads of people in and the river was crowded. Still giving 5 stars because it's no one's fault, just a busy area. Our group had an excellent time and would return!

Shout out to the folks at the canoe livery for showing my friends and I a good time on my birthday. The campsite was a bit confusing but we made due. Definitely recommend the 7 mile (3 mile if you have kids)

So I’ve stayed at Mohican adventures and river run and they were okay however staying at Loudonville Canoe Livery I’ve had the best time and I haven’t even been here 24 hours. They take care of you and treat you like family. I’ll never stay anywhere else. They closed and still got me the necessary’s I needed after hours. Just bring around these people made my trip the best. Going to book trips all summer :)))

A blast Everytime. One big party, a couple bars down the river. Kayaks are a little pricey to rent. Close to 40 bucks for the 9 mile trip. But no complaints because it's always a blast.

Loved our experience. We loved it so much we plan on making it a family event every year. Looking forward to coming back. Friendly people, great trip, just the perfect day spent with family enjoying the beautiful scenery. Also cheaper than other places so that was a bonus! Looking forward to coming back. You will have my business every year!

Per canoe price, friendly people, easy trip up the road provided by them to the drop off location. I love it.

Wonderful experience. Whoever said they visited here and booked a guided trip is wrong, they don’t give guided trips. And also, just because you didn’t see the mile 7 marker, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. And just because you flipped a metal canoe does NOT mean it’s the livery’s fault. Learn to handle yourself on the river. If you want an expensive fiberglass canoe then bring your own. You’re on the water, if you don’t expect to flip then you’re wrong. Expect to get wet.

Loved our trip 😀. 4 adults 3 kids. 13, 9, and 6. Three tubes and a raft. River on the shallow side during our visit which was nice for the kids to play as we went. We went up river and floated back to our car, took our time and enjoyed the trip.😎

Wonderful customer service easy check in and no wait on return trip

I absolutely loved this place and would come back in a minute. We camped on the property and took an all day canoe trip. This was over Labor Day weekend and the drivers were on time picking us up at our destination. We had to wait about thirty minutes for a canoe, but so what, they were accommodating hundreds of people all day long. No one was rude to us one time. I will come back here every year....Thank you to the young lady at the desk, Erica...she was sweet...and to the Manager Mike...he gave us a great camping site. We loved our trip!
