I am the proud owner of the Cowboy Outlaw Sewing Machine- I had a small issue with a part and ph'd Ryan-- expecting to hear the old story- that it was unfortunate- nothing can be done except buy another part- SURPRISE- without even a hestation Ryan gave me a new part under warranty. This kind of exceptional service took me right off guard- I am a customer for life.

Ryan Neel is the man you want to purchase your sewing machine from. I compared prices, shipping costs, warranties, packages, etc you name it and I chose to by my machine from Ryan Neel. I chose Ryan because of his knowledge, communication skills, YouTube videos and ultimately because of his integrity. I’ve been sewing on my CB4500 machine now for 4 months. Ryan Neel is Awesome and extremely helpful. I had my doubts initially regarding the purchase of the cowboy outlaw leather sewing machine. It is better than the competitors brand based on personal experience. I could not get the other brands product to sew a consistent stitch after several days of hands on and returned it.
The Tandy Pro Cowboy Outlaw is so far a fun and time saving way to sew leather. As a beginner, I sewed a tool pouch the first day I spent some time with the machine. Do NOT get discouraged if you don’t sew a consistent stitch because most likely it just needs minor adjustments. After Ryan helped me understand the adjustments needed, shortly after I was sewing several different thicknesses of leather. I am so pleased with cowboy outlaw and look forward to future projects. Ryan Neel is so patient, thorough, and does spend the time needed with the customer. He’s a sharp guy and really knows his machine.

I highly recommend the Cowboy Outlaw machine. I am a beginner, with little experience so I highly recommend this product and hopefully as time permits, I can post some YouTube videos.

Several years ago I purchased a cowboy CB4500 from Ryan at Neel’s Saddlery & Harness for my leather business.
Despite this machine being an unbelievable workhorse, there have been a few times where I have encountered an issues ( mostly due to operator error ) and needed some guidance beyond my capabilities that lead me to reach out to Ryan.
First off, 9 out of 10 times, when I call his number he answers within a few rings (nowadays unheard of in the realm of post purchase customer service).
He is always willing to hear out the problem and offer multiple options depending on the situation.
His innate knowledge of my machine (and many others) is so apparent that any time I have asked for help, his first answer is the usually solution to the issue.
I highly recommend Ryan to all those looking for not just a great machine but also someone knowledgeable to help with any possible challenges. I will absolutely continue to purchase from him as my business grows. Thanks Ryan!!!!

I was looking for a heavy duty sewing machine that could sew a combination of nylon webbing and leather. I first contacted Ryan about his outlaw hand stitcher but in further conversation and review of online written and video material I purchased a cowboy cb4500 harness stitcher. Ryan is extremely personable, straight forward, honest, extremely knowledgeable and he gives you the time of day to answer all of your questions. What I like best is that he educates the consumer and never at any time tried to push a sale. He can easily be reached by phone or email and his support and customer service are first class. I am extremely happy with the purchase I made, the process by which the transaction was completed, shipping, and delivery. I will never go anywhere else if I need another machine or parts or accessories.

Customer service is amazing! Ryan is extremely helpful and super friendly and like others have mentioned, you can count on him to help you with any questions you have. I purchased a Cowboy Outlaw and am very happy with it. It has had a lot of use now. I'm looking at the CB4500 next.

An excellent company to deal with. Very knowledgeable with regard to the machines they sell and Ryan provides excellent customer service after the sale. If you are looking to buy a leather machine this guy is the man to go to.

I called on a Sunday after business hours, to just leave a question message. Neel answered the phone and insisted that he was available to do business any time. So I ordered a servo motor assembly for my consew 227. This is the same motor that's on the cb3200. The new motor assembly clicked right in place. The big heavy clutch motor is now fulfilling its rightful place as a boat anchor. I had questions about how to program the speed controller, Neel walked me through the whole procedure and exhibited remarkable patience with me. I will now do all my business with him whenever possible. He's now my new and improved hero, thanks Neel !
