Kroger Pharmacy

Since moving pharmacies I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Sometimes the lines are long, but you don't have to wait forever, like some other pharmacies.

Very cordial and helpful. They have always been helpful whether it's helping find something or answering questions regarding drug interactions etc..

They treat me like family, and always helpful

I only need to get a refill once a month.

The window outside is closed most of the time. So I go inside to drop off my prescription. Had to wait for the woman to put a cushion on the chair. Then she was rude. Need to change pharmacy.

The line for the pharmacy is regularly so long that I have spent four full lunch hours standing in line without being able to successfully pick up my prescription. The last attempt that I finally made it through the line, they told me they’d returned the prescription since I had neglected to pick it up. The next time, I again had to leave before being able to collect it due to the long line and long wait.

The absolute rudest pharmacist in town. She thinks she has a right to tell my doctors what to order for me. I am in hospice care, and she treats me like a drug seeker. I am switching to a small, compassionate pharmacy. 0 stars!

The pharmacists like to play God with your prescriptions. I get a 30 day supply of my anxiety medication and they will not let me fill it a day early so I always have to go a day without my meds every other month. Other pharmacies let you fill them 2 days early but to save money I have to stay there. I've never had a history of substance abuse and I rely on my medication to get through the day.

Would not double check a physician order when the patient informed them that it is wrong.

Literally terrible. Pick up window is never used and the line is ridiculous.

Rude very very rude. There is one nice one out of them all and her name is julie.
