Mike's Marathon

Words can’t describe how much I am thankful for these guys! My turbo blew up on my 12.7 Detroit semi truck. Amanda with the first call and sending out the tow with a reasonable price too get me off the side of the road. And kev and Damion extremely knowledgeable and their customer service was outstanding. Not only did the take the day helping me find a used turbo too get me rolling within the same day they also outsourced a truck too get my load dropped at the deliver near by making sure I didn’t get a claim. 10/10 would use these guys again!!!

Nothing but good things to say - they service foreign and domestic large and small vehicles capably and with friendly professionalism. I recommend Mikes to anyone in need of vehicle service in the area :-)

Can't say enough good things about Mike's. We get the oil changed on our cars here and they always treat us well, whether my husband goes in or I do. As a woman, I've had difficulty feeling respected when taking my car into other shops in the past, and it's been a load off my shoulders to find Mike's. They make caring for & repairing our cars much less of a headache, and right now that makes them heros in my book because we all have plenty of other things to deal with!

My boat trailer lost a wheel on the highway. Mike's Marathon came out to tow my trailer on a flatbed. Turns out that my boat and trailer were too heavy. The driver was so kind that he had me follow him back to the shop and reset the posts for by hub assembly. Even offered his cell phone number for confirmation that the work was completely successfully. This is never a business you want repeat business on - if I get in jam in the area, I would recommend them every time!

We left knox lake fishing to a flat tire. Mikes marathon was the closest place to us. We arrive as soon as the service center was closed. A very courteous man named Richard helped us fix the tire and get back on the road. Being out of town this was a god send. Thank you so much!! Very professional!

The staff at Mike’s are excellent. I needed my truck towed to a dealer. Kristin was great with calling me to confirm all the details along with ETA of truck getting to me. Seth, the tow truck operator provided excellent professional service!

I was in the area and needed a valve-stem replaced on one of my tires because it was broken. The mechanic got it done quick, topped off the air in the rest of my tires, and only charged a small fee.

So much more than just a gas station! Was having trouble with our class A motorhome while traveling through the area. Marc was able to get us back on the road within the hour. So grateful for the amazing service!

Good place to get tires along with snacks and drinks I'm here all the time the gas station crew is very hospitable and know me pretty good from being a regular 😎👍

Gotta give a shout out to Seth from Mike's Marathon!
Heading home from Columbus yesterday blew out a trailer tire on 71. Put the spare on and blew it 1 mile farther. With the help of my wife and Seth we were able to get things taken care of!
Seth rounded up 2 new tires and mounted them well after hours last night, while Nickie did the running back and forth so I didn't have to leave the trailer and all our equipment behind. Couldn't be more grateful!

Can't say enough about Mike and the people who work for him always service is timely and efficient done the way you would expect from professional mechanics to the dispatcher for the tow truck. Thanks again for getting back on the road 👍
