Perfect shop to find the perfect bicycle!!!! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in helping you find the right bicycle based on your size and where and how often you plan to ride. I also took a free class on how to do general maintenance and how to change out my tire if I get a flat on the road. Highly recommend you check them out! !!!

We had a very good experience at Cycle Werks. They provided us very professional help fitting my son to the proper size bike he needed. We will definitely go back for our future needs.

Employees greeted me when I walked in and asked what I needed help with right away. They were able to fix my husband's bicycle tire in under 10 minutes! They encouraged me to have the tires replaced soon and showed me the dry rot on the tire, but did not pressure me to purchase anything. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

I went into this store and spoke with an associate who was very helpful and explained that I was going to buy a second hand bike. I then bought a second hand bike outside of the store & discussed fitting and maintenance . They have helped me immensely with information including spending over 30 minutes with me on the phone. Scott was a wealth of knowledge and advised me when I should have my bike fit & service which actually saved me money. They were kind, honest and direct. I will do all of my business here!

I thought my inner tubes were blown but really the tires just needed air. They took care of me and gave the bike a once over! All for free great service I will be back!

I love the staff! Very knowledgeable, no pressure to buy. Thorough explanations about everything. They asked me so many questions about what I like and what I was looking for specifically to help me get the best out of my purchase. I felt they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my buying and cycling experience. I've went in the shop right before closing time with a flat tire twice and they did not rush me and helped me get back on the road in no time. This place is the best!

What an exceptional group of people that work at the Cyclewerks Sylvania shop. The team on multiple occasions walked me through every question I had and helped me pick out the bike and equipment I needed to start my next biking addiction. I shop many of the local bike stores through the year and this is the only place that makes me feel welcome every time I walk in. I knew right away where I was going to buy my next bike.

The staff was very helpful with my selection of a new saddle and gloves. I had an idea what I wanted based on online research but was not convinced I would make the correct choice. After talking to the staff it became obvious what I needed. The change from my original saddle is taking a little getting used to but I think it will be the correct choice. Scott was a perfect salesperson. He was informative and didn't make me (as someone who hasn't been on a bike since college) feel like a dope for not knowing much. My husband and I both bought an entry level hybrid bike. I also bought my kids helmets, and he was fantastic with my kids. For example, he asked me if he could touch them before he adjusted their helmets. 10/10 Scott was the best. Love him.
