I had a couple of returns, and the associates went out of there way to help me. Friendly associates, and a clean well organized store. Will definitely be back.

The staff was extremely kind and I was able to find the fabric I tried to order offline but they were out of , I will definitely be a going back for more of my craft projects ❤ I was able to make my son blanket for him for Christmas 🎄

The clerks do their best to help. The prices make shopping ab enjoyable feature of the store, lowees prices than competitors, appreciare the hoñorable discount. Thank you.

This is one of my two favorite Joann locations.

It is large, clean, and has a great selection.

I appreciate that their magazine section is not in the checkout line as many locations have switched to.

They have a large selection of Happy Planner and Park Lane planner supplies.

If you're looking for fabric it is not arranged like most stores and they do not have a huge selection of rolled home decor fabrics.

Humongous store, very helpful staff to help you with craft needs. Does have a Husqvarna sowing machine vendor and can send out machinesto be repairedand cleaned. Was really patient with a newbie trying to figure out what was wrong with my sowing machine

I went to this store for some fabric and ended up buying some yarn too! They have a great selection of both fabric and yarn. The yarn area isn't huge but, you have a great selection of colors, textures, and weights. Fabric selection is great! Everything is categorized and organized very well. THEN, they actually had 2 people cutting fabric!! Check out wasn't bad either as they had 3 registers going. So, didn't have to wait long in either line. Overall I really liked this store and will definitely be returning!

Joann's is a large store with materials and supplies for every craft imaginable.

I was able to find what I was looking for and got a very good deal. Customer service was wonderful and employees helpful and friendly.

I always love it when what I need is "end of season" and up to 60% or even 70% off. Only time I buy certain items... Especially flowers. All on the App!
In the store around 6:00pm. Dinner time is a great time to shop! No lines... few customers. In and out faster than I could make my choices... 😊

Well stocked. Very friendly fabric cutters. Can get really busy so be willing wait to get fabric cut but staff seems find a way to stay positive and seem to enjoy working with each other and serving the customer. Prices are high but drop when you apply sales and coupons. Download the app for coupons and visit their website.

My 16 year old son took in his sewing machine for repair and they could not have been more helpful! They even fixed it for free! Love these people. Thank you!

I have just recently started sewing, and I love this place! It is great for inspiration, and it's just a happy little store. The layout is nice, the staff is usually helpful.

If you plan on shopping here, get the Joanne's app for your phone so you can get coupons. Otherwise, their prices are kind of high. There is also fine print to read, so be mindful of that!

Great to pick up some craft paints, fabric and other supplies to complete decorations projects . Yes it has changed a bit less products, and Halloween items are all out, floral fall as well?

Joann's is always a good time. Only setback today was there was not enough fabric cutters but they were getting through the people really quickly and in an organized fashion. Thanks Joann for keeping us in fabric during this time. Lots of great choices for us to do masks and projects and with good coupons. Register on the app if you have not already. It will help with pulling up your coupons and rewards.

I look love it. There is such a large selection of yarn, needles, notions, just a nice clean store. The cashiers are friendly and courteous. I live in Richmond Indiana where the store is small and doesn't have a lot of selection in yarns, but a larger selection of fabric and notions. Being a crocheter and knitter I get excited about the selection of yarn in the Ohio store that I can go way over my spending limit.

I’ve been here quite a few times. I always take advantage of their buy online pick up in store option. It is incredibly convenient and fast. Their customer service is impeccable.

This is literally my happy place. So clean and always well stocked. Customer service could be a bit more genuine at the register but it's just one lady and she's at least faking being friendly

Feels good to shop at this Ohio based retailer. Love the huge selection of decor and crafts. Associates are always very friendly. More coupons and better rewards program than their competitors.

I visited the store to pick up an online order, but I have shopped this store on other occasions. I have always had a good experience at this particular location.

Great service, and very nice selection. I was able to find exactly what I need for my project. I had to wait awhile in line for service at the cut by the yard area, but it wasn't terrible, as they were sanitizing surfaces between each customer.
