They did a very good job on my car at a reasonable cost. They also got the work done fast and kept me up to date on what they found. I'll definitely give them future work when it's time.

The only place I’ll take my vehicles. Very reasonable and experienced. He is always trying to joke around to make you laugh especially since dealing with my car issues are stressful. Much better than who was running it before Tom came back. The one place I can count on to make sure we are driving reliable vehicles.

Had 2 great experiences with Muffler Man. 1st time was in 2019 with my VW Jetta's mufflers falling off and they got me squared away asap. Just got a pick up truck and Tom and his crew got my front shocks done in a reasonable time and price. Will always get my vehicle serviced here. Trustworthy and honest work.

I popped in early on a Saturday morning to get my exhaust fixed no appointment or anything, they instantly threw it on the lift and had it fixed in about an hour. Great work!! Tom was a great help I’d recommend to anyone!

There is nobody better than time when it comes to proffeionalism and the breakdown of what's wrong with your car... it appears everyone I was there he treated his team really well.. if I knew cars I'd work for for Tom!! He is now my go-to shop!!

I had a cracked exhaust manifold. They were very honest and very informative right up front as far as what was all involved in the repairs and the cost. My car was repaired and runs as good as new. The old parts were saved for me too see what they had done. Wonderful place of business and wonderful, honest people running it! I have finally found a good honest mechanic I will definitely be back!

Muffler Bros. down the street from Muffler Man quoted $300 before even looking at the job and adding it sounded like i needed a catalytic converter that only cost $600! Muffler Man put it on the lift and diagnosed it for free and quoted $185 to weld a few hangers and a down pipe. When i got there he said $180 and i was even happier and you cant hear my car even while standing right next to it!!!! JOB WELL DONE!!!!

Now that Tom is back there this is the only place I will take my vehicle when it needs seen! He will 100% take care of you and make sure you get the best service possible. If he can’t help you he will be sure to direct you in the right direction. He speaks the truth and is one of the most honest people I know! He has some cleaning up to do from previous people that was in there but give him a shot!! The only one I trust with my vehicle!

Highly recommended. My brother-in-laws cars had issues with alternator. Between busy schedules he worked around our schedule to fix the car. Gave his expensive jump starter to take home incase if he needed to jump the next day to bring the car into his shop. You’ll be receiving a lot of business.

I’ve been taking my car here for 2 years. I loved the staff but Unfortunately on October 31 2022 the entire staff was let go. I ordered two mirrors to the shop since I am in between moving from Huber to Columbus. I went to go pick up my mirrors today Nov 3, 2022 and the new staff refused to give me my mirrors. Tom was holding my items hostage bc I didn’t want to get work done by the new staff and want to continue to get work done with the old staff. I had to involve the police so I can get my package. Tom is horrible and disrespectful towards women.

Awesome experience! Called that morning drove there, put right on lift. Great attitudes and atmosphere. Upgraded my Hemi Challenger with performance mufflers and rear resonator deletes. My car sounds better than I could dream of now. The service cost was very very reasonable. Do not hesitate just use this service.

Stop yesterday. Back this morning for exhaust repair. Did an awesome job. In and out in 1 hour. And at a great price.

Wesley took care of me, and made sure I had a full understanding of his visual when taking care of my car. These guys are great at what they do, and professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Highly recommend.

This place is excellent. The workers were very good and clear on what they did. Wesley did a awesome job of informing me of all changes that needed to be done before they were done. I’m very pleased with my new muffler and exhaust.
