Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Columbus Hilliard

The front desk staff are very nice and accommodating. They were able to give info about surrounding areas. The room was clean and organized. We had a room with 2 queen beds, and there was enough room for 4 people to move around without being in each other's way all the time. The air conditioning worked well with no issues. The bathroom was stocked with the amenities needed. It would have been nice to have a more hypoallergenic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One person in our party is highly allergic to lavender and had to remove it completely. It is located in an industrial area with many other hotels. It was easy to get to where we needed, and there were restaurants and even a walmart really close by. I would stay here again!

Kayla and John both provided outstanding customer service throughout my extended stay. One particular moment; while I was out, I needed to call the hotel to make changes to my stay and I was fortunate enough to get Kayla on the phone. She listened to me, immediately acknowledged my issue, told me she understood, not to worry about my hotel stay, and that she would take care of everything for me. She did just that!! She made the several changes I needed flawlessly. Her response at that moment, in my time of stress and need, was priceless. I cannot thank her enough. Not to me mention, she was kind enough to check on me each time I pass the front desk. Thank you, Kayla!

We had the best experience! The staff is absolutely amazing. Alice is a true professional and goes above and beyond for her customers. We were in town for a funeral, unfortunately. Our family had three rooms. I can honestly say, Alice's warm, welcoming personality made this experience the best, especially under the circumstances. Yug was at the desk when we checked out and was equally as kind. Thank you Fairfield Inn and especially Alice. We appreciate your kindness!

I booked a room for my business stay at the Holiday in weeks in advance and when I went to check in they gave me issues because it was reserved in my boss's name. So I came across the street to the Fairfield Inn. The front desk was very helpful throughout my stay and the room was very clean. I will stay here again.

John Henry is best. He always make sure to take care of the guest and ensure they have the best stay possible.

Location is conveniently off of I-70 west of Columbus in Hilliard. It is at the intersection of I-270 N/S and I-70 E/W.
The staff are friendly,professional,and efficient. The rooms are always clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable. The coffee is great and always available. I stay here every time I come through Columbus.

I recently stayed at this hotel as a staycation with my family during our children's spring break. I am assuming the front desk agent Alice was the general manager. Alice was a breath of fresh air! She was so friendly from check in to check out. I had a small issue with my room and the staff quickly acted by placing me into another room. It was an overall welcoming and wonderful experience. I will return and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

We travel a lot and this was the best Fairfield we ever stayed! John Henry checked us in and I cannot say enough about how excellent he was! Personable, knowledgeable, friendly, always greeting us as we came back from a long day of traveling to different spots! We loved staying here!

Rooms have good lighting, John checked me in, and was very friendly and accommodating. Kayla checked me out in the morning and is very friendly as well, but also kept something aside for me that I left in the room. I didn't even know I had left it, and I got a call around lunch saying "it's here".

We stayed here for one night as we were driving through Columbus. We had a great stay! The room was clean, we felt safe, and it was a great location (got dinner at Texas Roadhouse which was just a few minutes away). The kids loved that you can sign into your streaming services on the TV!
The breakfast wasn’t as good as most—it was the least favorite of our 5 hotel stays on this trip. There just weren’t many options, but everyone at least found something to eat. Our room fridge had a huge chunk of dirty ice in the back of it which was a little gross, but that’s a minor issue. Everything else felt clean, and we’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Columbus!

Stayed on Friday April 21st. Staff were getting their butts kicked with travel kids sports teams checking in and still were quick and great attitudes. Hotel was very clean and my room was immaculate.
Staying on that end of town for work.
I will easily use this hotel again.

After a truck breakdown, I was able to get booked to this hotel… Nice clean rooms, breakfast was also good… the gentleman that checked me in the night before was cool as hell…. Even the front desk lady “ Alice” was very sweet and helpful which makes the stay even better…good customer service is hard to find, but not here, definitely would come again.

Entire staff was welcoming and friendly during my long stay. Great choices for breakfast & fresh coffee. Room was clean, smelled clean and sheets were changed every 3 days upon my request. ALICE & JOHN & RAJ was very knowledgeable when I had questions about the area. I was treated like family not a customer. Recommend everyone to stay here when in Colombus area. I loved the Lil store off to the side of desk
