La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus West - Hilliard

Driving cross country with a toddler and a dog, this was a perfect place to stay: clean, right off the highway, with a good breakfast. The hallways smelled like a department store and the room was spotless. The breakfast attendant was helpful, and the spread was good: eggs, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffle maker, cereal and instant oatmeal. Coffee in the lobby any time plus a coffee maker in the room. Tub/shower combo which is great when traveling with a little one. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay . The staff/housekeeping was extremely friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were clean . I wish the pool had been open bit later , but that's just a matter of personal preference ☺. I will definitely be staying again when I'm in the area .

Great place to stay! The beds were so comfy, and it's extremely pet-friendly. We only stayed for one night, but they did have an indoor pool and baths in their rooms as well as showers. Our rooms even came with a little fridge and microwave! Lovely place.

We came in late at 1:30 am and received immediately service. The front desk was very courteous and patient with me and my wife. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was nice, staff was super friendly, just hard to make sense of cleaning lobby during breakfast hour. Would be easier to clean by waiting until after morning rush hour

I checked in on 3/16/24. I expected it to be crazy considering it was a Saturday but the environment was quiet. Daniel at the front desk is a pleasure. I asked how long he worked here and he told me 2 months- I would’ve guessed 2 years. He made my stay worth it and I will be back.

I checked in Saturday evening (02/03/2024) and was greeted by a young man named Daniel. He was very polite and helpful. I had an issue with my TV and he personally came to fix it. The bed is super comfortable, room is clean, and the environment is quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying I don’t usually ever leave Google reviews. This was our second stay at this hotel and we specifically stayed here (even though there were less expensive options in the area) because of Ms. Felicia at the front desk. She is always smiling and so friendly and funny. She also never hesitates to do what she can to accommodate guests. It’s so hard to find good customer service and she is a gem. I also met the GM this last visit and he was just as friendly. Oh and the rooms are pretty great too!

I never leave reviews but this one is specifically for Ms. Felecia. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms and building were very clean, smelled clean and were very comfortable. I felt very safe here. Great location. Thank you for making my stay wonderful!

I'm a OTR Driver and this is a Great place with friendly people. My stay was awesome, the people were very kind and helpful and understanding. The location is great with food locations all close by and in walking distance. There lots to do movie theater across the street and a casino less then 15 minutes away. Pet friendly and a petco across the street. They very outgoing and caring towards me and my dog. Room are big and comfortable with easy lyft rides available to get out. Very affordable without outrageous pet fees. The Gm is very nice and understanding with great management and staff. Shout out to Bennie and everyone working the days i was there

This hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice, they have free wifi, free coffee, refrigerator, & microwave in the room, and also a nice continental breakfast. The people working the desk are kind & hospitable. I'd forgotten to mention we have AAA and they happily changed the cost of our room when we were checking out.

I stay in a lot of Wyndham hotels all over the country and this is probably one of the cleanest, friendliest hotels I have stayed in recently. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best. This place should definitely be considered a 3 or 4 star hotel

Rooms were clean, and the beds were a little hard, but there is no bed as comfortable as mine is. They are also pet friendly.

Seriously the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. The staff was super friendly and it was quiet overall. The bed I had was great and comfortable and the fridge actually worked. If ever in Columbus again, I'll definitely stay again. One of the best experiences I've had.

I had an amazing experience here. Very very clean. I enjoyed my little stay here as well. Pool is nice. Super relaxing. The rooms are quiet. Can't hear much of anything going on outside the room if and when there is things going on. I really enjoyed it.

Check in was good and inviting.
The room was clean and roomy. The channels came in good and clear on the TV. The water pressure in the bathroom was excellent. All of the Electronics/ appliances were in good condition and working. The ice machine was right off the hall by the elevator. One minute walking distance. This swimming pool was relaxing and clean. It starts at 3 fert so the kids would need a vest jacket are arm floats. The beds were very comfortable. And the morning breakfast had a lot of options and the kids and I got full. There was a National Volleyball Team staying that weekend and the young kids were loud and running up and down the halls. So when I called for assistance in the matter the front desk gentleman took quick action, outstanding.👍
Overall experience was 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 star. Would visit there or anywhere else. Thanks for the relaxation and comfort that was provided with our stay👍🤗🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🙋‍♀
