Hampton Inn Columbus-West

My son stayed here for a work trip. I went along to go with him to Cedar Point. We asked for an early check-in, and they accommodated us. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay here over Christmas weekend. Our room was very nice, very clean, and the king bed was super comfortable! (I don't normally say that about hotel beds!) The breakfast room was well appointed and the breakfast bar was great. This hotel is close to the expressway and also has a lot of shopping and restaurants very nearby.

Very well maintained and modern comforts. Friendly staff and convenient location.

Check in and extension of days is so easy. Housekeeping if Fantastic. Gym & pool every clean. Dog walk area out back too. Walking to Shopping and restaurants is a breeze, they're across the street. Highly recommend

There are certain expectations when staying at this level of hotel. I love having a fridge, a microwave, coffee in the lobby, a workout room, free parking and friendly employees. The hot breakfast was very good! I checked in later in the evening so my stay was brief but I highly recommend it.

Everything about this stay was great! Great location and price, nice pool, and the free breakfast was delicious. The employees were also very friendly and welcoming.

It is a very nice hotel. The manager was very nice with us. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, the beds are on the softer side. The shower feels a little short though for someone who is 5' 8". Breakfast was great, the omelets they have were very tasty along with the potatoes, but your mileage may vary.

Nice clean rooms and friendly wait staff. Continental breakfast was overall pretty good. Pool and exercise areas also seemed nice if you're into those things. We didn't spend much time at the hotel other than to sleep, but from what we saw it was great.

I enjoyed the stay. They have coffee at all times in the lobby, and it's pretty good. The hot breakfast was nothing spectacular but good enough. The king bed in the room was good and comfy, plenty of towels and pillows, lots of light. They had a big TV in there, must have been 48" at least. Much better than the smaller sets you usually see. Really there were quite a lot of options nearby for food and drinks.

I love that Hilton properties let guests choose their rooms and use digital keys so they can bypass the front desk. The bed was comfy, as expected, and noon checkout is nice. Quiet too! I’d stay again.

Standard Hampton Inn experience. As a Hilton Honors member, I've stayed at a lot of Hamptons across the US. Some are better than others. I personally thought this one was up there in terms of quality, affordability, cleanliness, and comfort. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and well kept up. A little dated maybe, but was totally fine. The staff was helpful and nice, and very welcoming. The room was cozy and clean.

The furniture in the room looks amazing. Very modern, and the amenities are great! Everything is provided for, and if you forgot any toiletries they have complimentary replacements. Comfortable beds and would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and the location is nice. Not far off the highway and there many good food choices available.

This hotel was nice and clean and priced right!! It was decorated beautifully, both rooms and lobby! Easy check in and out. Breakfast was great!! I had a wonderful stay!! Theres a couple restaurants near by and gas stations. I highly recommend this hotel! No complaints what so ever! This Hamptons pretty nice.

This meets or exceeds the Hampton Inn standards we’ve come to expect from Hampton’s nationally. The front desk was seamless from check in to out. Breakfast was very good and, again,to the Hampton Inn standards. Also, a great location with many restaurants and shopping spots within walking distance. Reasonable prices, clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice indoor pool, all of which are clean and well maintained.

Melissa at the front desk was the best person i have ever meet at the at least 150 rooms me and my family has stayed at over the years. She is all around Awesomesauce!!!! Hampton Inn would be making a big mistake if they do not do everything they can to keep her. Definitely management potential.

Great service and employees use of PPE and cleanliness. Rooms were very clean, well appointed, hotel conveniently located off major highway and plenty of restaurants nearby. We stay here every time we're passing through and will continue to do so!
