Best Western Suites

Wonderful hot bath, comfy bed, quiet, perfect everything. It was a great place to cocoon as a breather from road tripping. Nice welcome. Easy parking midweek. Convenient location. Breakfast selection tends to be a little more upscale and they kept topping up the hot food. Kudos

My hubby and I stayed on our way through to Cincinnati. We booked the last minute before our trip. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and liked the fact that there was no carpet in our room. The bathroom was decent. Large counter with lots of storage for toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub every night. The location was great. Close to shopping and walking distance to Bob Evans for supper. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel rooms were very spacious and modern. Breakfast was awesome a nice breakfast bar with hot and cold options. The corn beef hash, waffles and bacon omelette was delicious 😋.

Best breakfast selections ever. Consuelo kept it well stocked and neatly cleaned. I had a hard time packing back up and it took so much longer than I anticipated (due to getting food poisoning at Texas Roadhouse the 1st night we stayed there. I did not mention this to Cindy, the lady behind Best Western counter) and they were very thoughtful to check our room before we left and they found cell phone charging cords we forgot and left behind. They were understanding about my daughter and I checking out much later and did not charge us an extra day! Cindy was extremely cordial and professional as was all of her staff. Consuelo was very impressive in her duties! I'd love to go back there next the chance I get. Thank you Best Western! Nice clean, quiet place!!! 🪅🎉🪅🎉

I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! Room was clean and spacious, super comfy beds, located near lots of food options, Walmart down the road. The best part was the heated pool and the hot tub! So nice to come back to after a day of activities in Columbus. Breakfast was good, just enough to get ya going in the morning, plenty of seating and plenty of food. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a fun experience. The pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Amazing jacuzzi room. We lost power and the staff was very helpful with getting us checked in early because of health reasons with the heat. The room was immaculate and comfortable. We had a great time on our little staycation!!!!

Here in Ohio for work and this location was perfect!! It was close to a Walmart and plenty of restaurants to choose from!!! It also has a very nice pool and jacuzzi!! I don’t get to enjoy them, but I’ll be back. Only down side for me was the price increase. Sadly, I had to go to another BW for the remainder of my stay here. Wish I could have stay led at this location!!!! But, I’ll be back for sure.

We had a nice stay! Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Even the coffee was good. Clean, well maintained hotel and the staff are friendly. The hot tub jets are out of order, but the tub is hot and relaxing. We even had the pool to ourselves one morning. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!

The hot tub and the pool is very very chlorine. But the rooms are good and the beds are comfy and the late check out time of noon is very great. Breakfast is good also and the lociis very ideal

Very comfortable and clean. Quiet and good amenities. I had a much better sleep here than in other places.

Very friendly staff, very clean and well maintained, very good breakfast. We had a King Suite - Disability Access Roll in Shower and it was an amazing room. The lights are located near the bottom so that anyone in a wheelchair can easily access it. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is attached to the shower stall and they are very good quality. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. TV channel lineup was great compared to other hotels we’ve been at. The pool was also very nice - sadly the hot tub was not working. Everything is about 20 min away.

Cons: The ice machine was all the way at the other side of the building, the toilet paper was not the greatest and we had to buy our own. The construction was a little hard to get thru when heading out of the hotel, but that is not their fault.

Still a 5/5 and will definitely choose this hotel again!

Stayed here with my family, including a year old infant for 3 nights. Rooms and the entire hotel were well maintained and they were so clean and tidy. All the amenities and services they highlighted were reachable and were in good working condition. The Staff were polite and helped all along the stay. No extra cost for parking. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub as much as we could. Morning breakfast was good and items were refilled quickly. The only concern was that you could hear outside noise from people passing by your room. Ultimately I would recommend this for anyone one who prefers to stay in a budget hotel with cleanliness as their top focus.

We stayed here on the last night of our trip, and this hotel met all our expectations.

The room was large, and we appreciated the hard surfaced floors over carpet. Our room had everything we needed.

The breakfast was well done, and the two women who were working had to be the most meticulous people ever at a hotel breakfast. They checked everything, and made sure everything was full and well stocked. These two should be commended for their work!

If in the area, we would stay here again.

Enjoyed the room, great location for where we were going to go for the eclipse. Continental breakfast was good too. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This was a super pleasant stay for a mini trip. The staff were all helpful and I was surprised that our room was cleaned after one night... I'm used to room cleaning needing to be requested mid-stay nowadays.

The breakfast is some of the best I've had at a hotel. The hot food was good and everything was fresh. One or two people are always working in the breakfast area so food never ran out while we were there, even when the breakfast area was full.

The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. The location is close enough to most things in Columbus, but road work did make it a bit bothersome to get into town.

My only suggestion is that it would be nice if there was an all-hours drink area, as I've seen in many hotels - with coffee, a beverage dispenser with lemon/fruit water, hot water with tea bags/hot chocolate/etc. I know some of those things are available in the room, but I've rarely had good experience with in-room coffee machines.

I don't have anyone person to name. But from the time we arrived we were greeted as elite members. The hotel was very clean, our room was clean and comfortable, The breakfast was very good, the pool and hot tub that well maintained. Our experience at this Best Western was the best we have seen.
I would Strongly Recommend this hotel to others looking for a place to stay in Columbus OH. We will be back.

Our vacation this year has been a night here and a night there, so we have been getting to experience more than normal hotel accommodations along the way.
Upon arriving our initial impression was that this particular Best Western was clean & you could tell there has been care taken in the renovation department.
We arrived late the night of our check-in and were grateful for their willingness to allow us to have a late check-out.
The staff was very professional & accommodating.
We were also grateful for the clean pool & hot tub .... The whole pool area was very well maintained.
The entire property was this way. We watched as employees checked all areas.... checked smoke detectors... chemical levels in pool area and even the outside was meticulous!
There were only 2 negatives...
1.. Construction around this area is terrible right now, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. But this is temporary and uncontrollable by the hotel... jfyi
2. There was a little blackish mold on the grout on the outside of the bathtub.... a simple fix with a little bleach and elbow grease!
But all and all very nice stay and would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is not really large but has all the amenities you could want. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable beds. I can't say enough about the friendly staff throughout. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the complementary hot breakfast and the attention provided by the attendant. By far one of my best hotel experiences.
