This place is amazing. Staff members are super friendly and ready to help. Room was clean, the shower was amazing. Location is super convenient to shopping and a large variety of places to eat. I will definitely stay here again!!

I came to Hawthorn Suites because my tractor trailer broke down. I was greeted with the biggest smile and welcome. Everyone I have encountered here has been so welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. I have felt very comfortable here. There are plenty of shopping areas and restaurants within walking distance. The grounds are nicely kept as well. Jan, the manager went above and beyond helping me with getting some laundry done. I am grateful for choosing the hawthorn suites over all the many options in the area. Thank you for having such a great staff!

Great place for long stays, we had to stay 32 days and the staff was amazing. They don’t have the most modern upgraded version of everything like tv, wifi, and small things but it didn’t matter for price and staffing it was amazing.

Great place! Located next to 24/7 grocery store and restaurants. Staff was friendly and professional. Great value as well.

Clean, free breakfast, warm clean pool, nice and big rooms, comfortable beds.

My husband and I brought our kids to the city for the night and I booked this location through the Wyndham app. It was located near several businesses, so we had plenty to do near the hotel. We spent a good bit of time at the pool which was a decent size. Everything in the hotel was very clean and breakfast was great! We loved the room- it was very spacious and had a cooktop, a full size fridge, and 2 tvs, which was great for a family. The only negatives were that we got an accessible room and the shower was not a roll in shower, and there was no door on the "bedroom" part of the room. Will be keeping this location in mind for next time we are in the area! Front desk staff was also great.

Beautiful, economical, updated rooms with full sized refrigerator / freezer, dishwasher, electric cook top. You'll want to buy one of their beds (with bedding and pillows too!) to take home with you!! The pool is always sparkling clean and inviting! Ginny at the front desk is the sweetest 💕 and phenomenal! Kevin and Cathy at the desk are also very kind. My housekeepers were amazing!! I was there for a month and can't imagine anywhere else in the area to top them, especially for the price! Thank you for making my time away from home so safe and comfortable!!

Everything needed was supplied. The handicap rooms have 2 queen beds. The kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, microwave , toaster , coffeemaker, and a dishwasher. and a few utensils.
Only improvements I would suggest to the handicap rooms would be a lower step in shower which currently prevents many from safely accessing the current tub/shower.
The beds are very comfortable. A small inconvenience was there was only one tv remote even though there are two TVs in the suite.
There is some normal wear in the hotel but the carpets appear to have been recently replaced.
Continental breakfast was adequate but I was expecting a bit more such as sweet breakfast rolls , fruit or yogurt. I have stayed at other similar facilities that do better at providing simple morning foods.
To summarize, a comfortable and reasonably priced accommodation in a good location.

We met all 3 shifts of the staff today. They were all wonderful and a joy to be around very nice! We checked in today after having a horrible experience elsewhere, and we are from out of state. They got us in right away and even allowed us to check in at noon. I've stayed here 4 years ago and the hotel looks great! Very comfortable, very clean. Kitchenettes, stocked, full size fridge and dishwasher., we will definitely stay in the future when we come back! Thank you so much for your great hospitality!

Can’t go wrong staying here. Unbelievable Rooms and staff. Big bathroom Fridge oven garbage disposal in sink dishes plates located in overhead cabinets.2 tv’s deals wrap around couch 2 Beds and a desk. Very good price for all you get.

These wonderful people took great care of my family during the stay-at-home order this spring. Their cleaning was impeccable, they took great safety precautions with the included breakfast. The management is friendly, very involved, and committed to helping the guests or leaving you alone, depending on what you need. I'm really glad that this was the hotel we were stuck at for quarantine!

I stayed at this hotel for 4 weeks. I appreciate the help from from their sales department to work with me.
Rooms were always kept clean and bed was very comfortable. All the staff I came in contact with was very pleasant and provided great service.

This hotel was very nice and clean. There is a full size refrigerator, microwave, and a stove. This makes it easier when you have an extended stay here. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around if you were to want something quick. Only downside was that the complimentary breakfast was not up to par, but when you get something awesome there is bound to be a hiccup somewhere.

We were traveling through Ohio and the roads became very icy. We decided to get off the road. We had our 90 lb dog with us and needed to find a hotel to accommodate us. Hawthorn was the perfect place. The dog fee of $45 was very pricey compared to most that we checked but we were grateful. The front staff was very nice. They were very accommodating. We had a suite with a full kitchen equipped with coffee maker, stove top, dish washer and full size fridge. They provided dw soap and dish drops! Everything was clean. Woohoo! I even liked the soaps and shampoos provided. Hallways were clean. Every time I saw an employee they were tidying up. Bravo staff. We all had a wonderful stay and would have loved to stay longer. Our puppy thanks you too. It’s sad the pool and breakfast were closed but that was to be expected in these difficult times.

Stayed here for a couple nights. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! There was a tornado warning and the front desk called to let us know what to do to stay safe if something were to happen. I also lost my house and car keys, however I was able to find them later on. They were incredibly sympathetic and helpful- I truly appreciated that they followed up with a phone call to update and didn’t blow me off like the other hotel I stayed at.

Everything was perfect! Room size was excellent and allowed a private area for my husband to work on the computer. Pool was a little chilly but it's winter, so no surprise. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish all hotels were up to the standards of this one!

The rooms were very nice and clean. The maid tucked in our kids stuffed animals into their beds which was adorable. The front office staff was friendly and corrected a mistake we had made which was awesome! They also made some restaurant recommendations that were very good and they seemed to be engaged and well informed.

I loved this place. My homeowners insurance made arrangements for me to stay there after a disaster destroyed my home. I was there a little over two months. I could not have been happier with the room(s), size, and furnishings. Wonderful king bed with bright white, spotless bedding. Two nice tv's. Chairs & sofa in living room area were tasteful & extremely clean. Nice desk to work at. Kitchen fully functional for what I needed. Room safe in closet. They did have breakfast every morning at the time. This was before Covid. Curtains were GREAT blocking noise & heat for someone who worked nights & slept during the day. No problems with parking lot. There were other suites occupied by people displaced by home damage that were also staying long term. Very quiet, safe, no problems. Funny but when I got moved into a new home, I actually missed my suite here. I now live in another state, but when I pass through again, I hope to stay here if I can swing current rates. It was a comforting "home" with no worries while I was dealing with losing my residence, all my damaged belongings, sense of security, & more.

This Hotel was Amazing. Very clean. Well furnished. We were not expecting anything this nice. Full size fridge/freezer. 2 burner not plate. Dishwasher. Plares glasses pots pans etc. Super comfy beds. Nice shower. Seating area. 2 large TVs. Friendly staff. 2 cons but still a 5 star place: poor signage to get into and bedstand lamps were out.
