No one enjoys or likes going to court. Clearly, if you have to be there it's typically not because you want to be. But, I want to say, the video of Judge Murry in the beginning of the court if extremely informative. A lot of thought and work went into that video. If you have to go to Municipal Court for any reason, it's worth watching and learning from. The information is invaluable.

Friendly staff, during my last visit they were very helpful and cordial, I would look forward to being prosecuted in this building if I were a criminal lol

Had to show up here because of speeding ticket.

Too many people waiting in line for court. I had to wait for a while. Once it's my turn, the judge was nice enough to reduce my speeding ticket to moving violation. Still had to pay the fine and court bill. Also cost me opportunity time as well.

Not so happy nor horrible experience for me from using this court.

Clerk that answered the phone was extremely rude and we had to insist just for him to do his simple job. The guy was obnoxious and childish. If he does not like his profession perhaps he should resign and allow someone to work that wants to be at work. Very poor demeanor and an attitude that refuses to help others. A formal complaint will

This court is a fine example of a crooked, revenue generating system. Judge Ronald C. Lewis was giving everyone $100 fines regardless of their citation and driving record. $100 fine for no seatbelt and honorable Ronald himself Zoom video called the court while driving with no seatbelt on... He had to pull over and call us back because the audio was bad. They're pushing people through there like cattle and wasting our time and money during a pandemic. This is just further proof of an evil and broken system.

This place is awful. The staff is not very helpful and they are incredibly slow. This is the smallest courthouse I've ever been to and somehow still had to wait for over 4 hours for paperwork to be faxed to the jail right across the street. Montgomery County works faster than this and they have a MUCH higher volume of cases and bails than xenia does.

The worst unfair court I have personally ever heard of or seen. The judge was once again a drama queen that hears the only thing he wanted everyone is guilty and everyone pays. The biggest case for the federal government to investigate this court for racketeering and good old fashioned theft from the public.

Just called to get information about my juror summons. The woman was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was cut off and spoken to in an incredibly condescending manner. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of behavior especially when one is looking for information. I fully expected a professional interaction and am sorely disappointed in the manner in which I was dealt with.

Judge favors his old school buddies giving them too much slack and does so over and over. When someone appears before him every month on the same type charge and he merely taps the person's fingers they will laugh and keep doing the same thing. I know this to be a fact. Smh. This is why our system is failing and community is going to hell in a hand basket.

Woman on the phone was absolutely rude and unhelpful, told me she "had the answers I'm seeking" but was "unwilling to give them to me because they're not valid" WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? It's amazing to me that these government puppets can utterly control our lives and do literally whatever they want. Unprofessional, unethical, ridiculous.

Their website is archaic. They should really consider getting an online payment option OR at the very least, a way to look up how much you have left in fines. I live on the other side of the planet now and have to mail in checks like a pilgrim.
