Two and a half years ago, we bought a Tacori engagement ring from Meyers Jewelers for an upgrade. While we were not prepared to buy the diamond (approx. 2.5 carats) at the time, I wanted to be sure to get the mounting I liked before it was no longer available. Because it was the showroom model, it came with a CZ, so that’s what I’ve been wearing.

We planned to get a lab created diamond and assumed (quite wrongly) that the well-known online retailers had the best prices. In fact, we had ordered a diamond from one of them but five days later, we got an email from our credit card company that the order had been refunded (2 days before it was to ship)! When I called (which I shouldn’t have had to do because they should have called if there was a problem), I talked to two different people who gave two different answers as to why “the system automatically canceled the order due to a discrepancy.” I was very disappointed at the time but am so very glad now that that happened.

I was looking at another diamond from another big online retailer and wanted to be sure it would fit my mounting, so I called Meyers. I talked with Scott. He said he would need to measure my ring to be sure the chosen diamond would fit. He also said I was paying way too much, so I went in. Scott helped me make a better choice in the characteristics of my diamond to save us money because literally no one would be able to tell the difference with the naked eye. He called his supplier in New York and told him what we wanted and that it was needed the next day. I returned and approved the diamond and Scott had it mounted and the appraisal done WHILE I WAITED to save a trip back. Not only was the diamond several thousand dollars less than the online retailers, I got to see it before buying, AND it is a “Hearts and Arrows” cut with perfect symmetry that provides lots of flash and brilliance.

We could not be happier. We got the very best thing for us, for a lot less money, and exceptional customer service. Meyers Jewelers exceeded my high expectations. I strongly recommend them if you are in the market for any jewelry. They have a large showroom with a wide variety and are ready to help.

I have a special charm that I wear on my neck chain. The charm and the chain were in need of repair. Meyers has repaired them both before and the work is A1. Great Business & customer service is excellent

Staff extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Had a gold bracelet passed down from my father and clasp broke. Was scared to take it somewhere and waited almost a year but Meyers made feel comfortable with a can do attitude. I received the bracelet better then before, they polished it and the clasp is tight. I wear the hell out of it doing everything and I am confident it will hold up for a long time!

We’ve been buying our jewelry at Meyers for over 20 years. The store is always pristine! The staff are professional and welcoming. I’ve referred several friends and family there. They thank me and they tell me what a great experience they’ve had. They sell quality jewelry and stand behind it. Their jewelry and watch cleaning is amazing. Will never go anywhere else.

Excellent service!! Dropped off a ring to be sized and a bracelet on a Monday was told would be done by the end of the week but was called 24 hours later and said jewelry was ready to be picked up.

I took my wedding ring in bc the diamond had fallen out.. luckily.. my husband found with in minutes. They lowered the setting and cleaned it! So Shiney!
They also did an appraisal for me to have for insurance.
We did business with Jeff Meyer.. but all of his staff there were very nice! We also looked at upgrading my diamond, they have gorgeous stones!

Always timely, friendly, patient, and answers all questions. This is the only jeweler I will go to because of their honesty and most importantly, you can feel the family atmosphere when you walk inside.

The staff was friendly and quick to figure out the issue with my ring and answered all my questions. The work they did looks great and my ring came back polished and shiny like the day I got it. Turnaround time was quoted a week, and it was done in just three days.

I was a Meyers client several years ago, but moved out of the area. My fiancé and I wanted to look at wedding bands and I suggested we go back to Meyers despite living 30 minutes from Grove City, because Scott and his team always give the absolute best service. He’s so knowledgeable and straightforward, and yet again, did not disappoint! We will keep coming back!

My wife and I got a custom wedding band designed and made here. they did a fantastic job and gave us a guarantee that if anything were to happen to it, they would take care of it for us since it came from them. About three months later, she must have hit it on something, and a baguette fell out. We brought it in, and they repaired it and replaced the baguette completely free of charge.
