I have found so many great pieces at this store at Target prices including 2 dressers, Recliner, Desk and Kitchen Table! Even better value if you are able to transport any purchase yourself! Their inventory can be hit or miss so it's worth a call to see what is in stock before committing to driving up if you are looking for a specific item. If driving between Cincinnati and Columbus it's always a worth a peak for awesome deals.

Great place to shop for home goods.

Over the weekend, I called and spoke to a few associates while trying to find a white dresser. No one was as helpful as Audrey. She was patient in answering my questions and she made sure to accurately describe flaws an item might have. I really appreciated that since we live about an hour away. She also offered to assist in getting the item to our vehicle.

The manager (dark haired lady) here is amazing! She was so kind and jolly talking to everyone in the store. And then when I needed help with a pricing issue she was eager to help! The store is huge and has so much. I prob couldn't afford it if not for the additional percentages off your entire order deals they've had when I'm there. They might always have them... I will absolutely stop here every time passing through.

Amazing staff at the Pottery Barn. Had been tasked to hang these grid wall art shift which was time consuming but fun. Lots of help from staff made it great. Couple that were good on the eyes as well which helped. Might of been lower if I came to buy lmao

The service at this store is AMAZING! I was looking for a specific sectional. I called and Pauline answered the phone. She gave me a great description of what they had in stock, and even measured something for me (while I was on the phone)!! It's a bit of a drive for me to get there, but with the amazing service, I know that I'm not making the drive for no reason. Also, they have fabulous sales!

Fantastic prices and excellent customer service! I needed additional assistance with my credit line on Sunday and the manager and staff were kind and helpful!! They helped me resolve the issue and purchase furniture for my daughter's room. The staff who brought my furniture to my truck were quick, polite and efficient. Fantastic experience!!

This place was so overwhelming in a good way. So much to choose from. I was in the store for many hours. And enjoyed every minute of it. They offer delivery which is a major plus. The staff was very friendly. Masks are offered at the front door.

I got so many great things for so cheap!! If you need annyyything household. Come her before going to other stores. Ontop of just having furniture they have mattresses, lamps, decorations, sheets, dishes....
I got a bed frame, headboard, and mirror for so cheap. They are an outlet so its cheap but theres also 40... 50... 70% discounts. Staff are super friendly and helpful as well.

I've been shopping at this store since it opened, less often than I used to though. I got a great deal on a set of sheets this time! They were the same overpriced hotwheels sheets they sell online but with and outlet price tag and 50% off the store! I was never going to pay $100 for these sheets for my kid. I figure he'll loose interest in hotwheels in a few years and want something else before we get $100 worth of use from them. I ended up paying under $40! That's much more manageable! It's still twice what I paid for the plain cotton sheets my daughters use but they are super cute! The store looks a little totally disorganized but if you have been here before, you know that's how it works. They have a lot of things to look at in various states of broken, missing pieces, or just extra (I guess?) I've gotten deals on furniture and cloth good here for years and I love this place!

I have been to this store multiple times. Always seem to be running a sale that makes the items, particularly the furniture, reasonable compared to similar quality furniture from other stores. I have always been happy with the quality of the items purchased there and felt like I got a good deal based on what I could possibly buy for the same price from other stores. Would recommend if you are looking for furniture or accessories.

We visited Pottery Barn Outlet on Saturday, Memorial weekend.
Very busy store and jam packed with merchandise. Looking for a specific piece and then we met associate Ted. He was AWESOME! Made a difficult task so much easier. He knew the merchandise, location of alternatives, and was so patient with us. He should teach customer service! We will definitely visit again and ask for Ted:)

They recognized that hours were wrong on Google and still allowed us to quickly walk through after close
