JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I haven't really been a long-time customer at Joann's, but I started creating my own flower arrangements, and they have the best selection of artificial flowers, as well as some of the best prices. Highly recommend.

Super busy,long line! Hour wait to check out. Great early Black Friday deals,but the 5star rating goes to all the staff! Very pleasant,helpful and quick in the store and getting everyone thru the line

The staff is always kind and helpful!! I love the fun energy from the girls at the cutting counter. The store is clean and well stocked. I've been to may Joann's but this one is the best!!!

Despite corporate doing its best to undermine and understaff their stores, this store continues to shine. Yes, you are going to wait in line because corporate refuses to give hours to the stores (ALL stores) but the staff is incredibly pleasant because they know and understand their customers. Keep shopping for your material and craft items here!

Clean store. Cashier Erin was very friendly. There was a long line for checkout, but there was not a single wrinkle on her forehead. She greeted everyone with a smile and was very courteous.

Wow. I had NO idea Jo-Ann was this nice now! The last one I was in (not in Ohio) was dark and dingy, and to be fair I need to use the sewing stuff I've got, so I'd been skipping going to them. But I needed knitting needles, and sadly my favorite local yarn shop in Cbus closed due to covid. I also hadn't ever been to the Polaris Jo-Ann. What a surprise! It's bright, clean(!!!), seems pretty well organized... I didn't have time to look at patterns, but this store redesign made me want to come back in. Not sure if my local Jo-Ann down south is this way yet (sure hope so!). Also they've got really nice Christmas wreaths, I'll have to keep it in mind for next year.

The Joann store in my city doesn't hold a candle to this store. I can not believe the size, product offerings and how great the store looks and feels. Also has a free Starbucks coffee maker.

Flagship store for JoAnn Fabrics. Incredibly nice with wide, clear aisles, machines that can be rented and used on the spot, training classes. and a free coffee bistro with nice waiting area. Nicest JoAnns I've ever visited.

This place is AWESOME. Joann is testing out a new concept store and how blessed are we that it's in Columbus!! This is truley the Joann of the Future! The first thing you notice about the store is how BRIGHT everything is. The updated lighting was a huge plus for me. The store is spaced out wonderfully and there are employees everywhere to help you! There are little help buttons you can push to request assistance, and price checkers! There is a cozy as hell lounge area in the middle with COMPLIMENTARY Starbucks and cookies. Hallelujah, praise the Lord.

But the thing that stood out the most? The new and improved cutting area!!! Long gone are the days of not knowing whether you should take a number and standing awkwardly in line. You can simply type your name into the line and when it is your turn THEY WILL TEXT YOU. Go sit yourself down in the cozy longue and sip on some Starbucks, girl. They will let you know when you can come on over.

But for real, this store is AMAZING. And since it is a concept store, word is if it does well and people like it they will remodel additional stores. This is why I am writing this review, to let you head honchos knows in Hudson, OH that this? This is the future and I very much appreciate it.

I would like to send a big shout out to Michael who was running the cash register by himself at the Polaris Store today. We stopped to buy some yarn and the line was 15+ deep. When we finally checked out, we were 14th in line. Michael was the only cashier at the time. He was kind, friendly and smiled to every person as he checked them out. He called for help to management 3 times as we were in line and no one responded and no one showed up. We asked and he shared with us that 4 people called off work. Despite the lack of staff and lack of management support, he took care of the customers with a smile. Nice job Michael! Management could learn something from his professionalism!

I’ve always loved Joann Fabrics, I’m a very textile person and I just love cute prints and textures. I’ve been going to this specific Joann Fabric’s store for over 10+ years, and it is always clean and organized! Every employee I’ve encountered over the years are very sweet, especially at the fabric cutting counter. I’d say that the only down-side to Joann’s, is that they’re a little bit on the pricey side on certain items, however I understand that’s not the employee’s fault. The new updates they did to this store and their brand overall is very pleasing too (I LOVE the green!) I’ll definitely come back when I’m in need of more fabrics! Awesome job!

5 stars because of one employee, Isabella, working alone. It took us 30 minutes in line because she was the only one up front. Absolutely huge line and only one register working. Isabella handled every customer with a smile and was a class act. Never showed frustration with unhappy customers.

This was a great Joanne's and I often frequent them because I'm a wreath maker. The store was very clean and organized and they had a lot of materials that I needed that some other stores didn't carry. I do recommend this Jo-Ann's...

Visiting the area on a short trip. Extremely nice store with coffee bar?! Wow. Nice idea to put classroom in center of store behind a glass wall. Huge jumbo tron TV wall when you walk. This store is much nicer than the stores we have in the south.

This is hands down the absolute best craft store I've ever been in. I have been to many Joann Fabrics throughout the city and across the country and this is by far the best store everrrrrr. They really broke the mold on this one. The shopping baskets are nice. They all have a cup holder. The store is absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The layout is well thought out. The instructional areas are plentiful and state of the art. I don't live in the area, but I'll be visiting this location often. Enjoy!

I love this Joann. It's always well stocked and has super helpful people that can help you find or create whatever is in your head. The yarn wall is my favorite. Always an efficient stop. Halloween is in full stock and on sale!

Everyone who helped me were amazing! The girl at the cutting counter went above and beyond! She had multi colors in her hair. The lady that is a quilter at the upholstery (?) counter was great at helping me find fat quarters for my project. The girl at the checkout was excellent at making sure that I got all my discounts!! I'm from Mount Gilead and made a special trip that was very successful. Thank you ladies!! I will back for my next project. Sorry ladies, I retain your names!

Great place with huge selection of sewing and crafts. Good prices with frequent sales and coupons for things we actually buy.

Love the layout of the store since they remodeled it. So much nicer, a better layout, spacious , and bright! They always have a great selection of craft and hobby items. The staff is nice and there is always that 1 staff member who is amazing. That person is Josh! He was so helpful and has such an amazing eye for details and style. Plus, I am very thankful that je was patient with me. I hope you keep him on your staff.
The cosplay section is amazing too.
