Red Roof Inn & Suites Columbus - West Broad

We got stranded in Columbus when road debris punctured the inverter coolant radiator. This motel was close to the dealership. Staff was sympathetic to our problem. We also had four cats with us. The cats give this facility a Five Purr Review. Waffle really appreciated the shelves in the bathroom. Chipotle and Foster loved the view. Foster was thankful there were other places that provided great observational points. The cats found the bed comfy. Strudel lived the crawlspace behind the bed.

Great place to stay awesome people at the front desk can't use a little improvement on the cleaning of the rooms but other than that it's an awesome place to stay great people 1 great person after another

They have a pool and breakfast so I was happy...but leaving here is horrible u can only go one way and have to do a u turn and u can only get to the hotel coming from one way which sucks but overall it's a good hotel considering the location lol

Stayed the weekend with my 3 kids and let me tell you the room was amazingly clean the front desk clerk Kelly was as sweet as ever the pool area was clean and water felt great only issue I had was my shower curtain wasn't fix when I got my room but they did come the next morning to fix it I will be back to stay again

For the price the room was very nice. Clean, and pet friendly. Mini fridge, microwave, large table for work or a meal. Located about 1 mile from Hollywood casino and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. I will stay here again.

I have been a guest here several times. I heartily recommend this hotel. The owners and managers are very good hearted and really go out of their way to provide a great guest experience. The staff is awesome , especially the two Ambers and Bruce. These associates always go out of their way to provide excellent service. The value is excellent. There are plenty of restaurants close by as well as things to do. The rooms are clean and comfortable. If you need anything someone is always willing to assist you.
The room was clean and well maintained. There is a microwave and fridge in each room. Housekeeping is always working hard to make your stay memorable and enjoyable.

The clerk who helped us went above and beyond. I will update if I'm able to get his name. So grateful for the amazing service in an emergency situation. Clean and safe

This was my second stay at this property and overall I find it to be a solid value for my needs.
Upon arrival the lobby was fairly busy but I checked in quickly. The young woman at the desk couldn’t have been nicer.
The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but more than adequate for an over night stay. I do like the hard wood floors. Much more appealing than dirty carpeting you will find at many hotels.

After a very long day that had left my husband and , well to say the least we have had better days. The front desk manager was more than helpful when she realized what kind of day we have had and was very friendly and supportive in our time of need

For the price, it can't beat! I rolled in without a reservation. I ended up in a Superior King room which was absolutely perfect for my needs!

I'm on a work trip and came in after an extremely log day (with more work to do). The room's amenities are perfect for working. The large desk and its orientation facilitate a very comfortable work environment. The bed is comfy. The staff is friendly. The room is clean.

My only complaint is that while it is well insulated from outside sound, I can easily hear sounds from my neighbors, hall, and folks above me.

This particular Red roof inn had a very spacious bedroom lots of extras such as an extra desk and lighting and a spacious bathroom compared to other places the kicker to this Red roof inn is a had a nice little indoor pool. I left early just as they were setting up for the breakfast so I really can't make any comment about their breakfast that they have but they had from what I could see a great setup

So far the niceties Red Roof. They serve breakfast coffee, juice, bagels, yogurt & cereal. Nice location, Quiet, Clean property, clean halls, clean rooms! And pets stay free! No bad oders. love floor plan. Everything in room worked. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels.

Nice place to stay. I stayed here for month during my schooling, the staff is super nice and friendly. If I needed anything they got it right away, cleaned my room almost every day made my bed and changed my towels and wash clothes daily. Made my stay a breeze ! Thanks to the staff and family that operate the hotel !

I stayed here in Saturday May 26th and the rooms were clean and the service was great! We spent about 30 mins in the pool as well. Very clean also! I booked the room of expedia and payed about $95 for a double queen room. The entire hotel is smoke free which is awesome! They had breakfast is the morning, nothing spectacular but a good bagel was worth getting up for! I will stay again if I'm in the area! Oh! And it's directly off the highway so it was very convenient as well!

Our room was nice and CLEAN. Updated wood-look vinyl floor, large bathroom, bed must’ve been just fine: we slept great! No worries w this place.

We had a suit, so maybe that's the reason we liked our stay a lot. Even thou it was under remodeling.
It was very spacious, with kitchen.

Very pleased with the nice clean rooms. Only complaint would be another occupant on the third floor where loud and cops got called but the front desk called police and the situation was handled. The next morning they offered us a later check out and gave us a gift card for a lunch on them for all the trouble. Excellent service great place to stay our pets were welcomed without extra charge I highly recommend this hotel!

Love this place staff is always welcoming and extremely helpful the rooms are very big as well as clean it's by far one of the nicer places to stay

This is the best Red Roof Inn I have stayed at in years. My last few experiences with the Red Roof Inn were very unpleasant and I had almost given up on them entirely. This place was awesome. Clean rooms. Awesome staff!
