Quality Inn Grove City - Columbus South

The employees here are great, genuine people. They answer any question and do their best to accommodate requests. Breakfast is good, but if it's a busy weekend try to get there by 8am. If you get up a little later you might have to wait a few minutes for refills but all food gets replenished. Rooms are CLEAN and great quality for the price. If I find myself back in Grove City I know where I'll be staying!

Great service. The front desk guy is so helpful and informative. Great breakfast too. It's a easy access from the freeway after hours of driving.
It's next to lots and lots of fastfood, gas stations and maybe attractions too. Will definitely stop here again sometime.

Today on 04/23/2024 Andrew the staff at this location was very helpful to me as a guest. He was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable about the hotel. He was also nice to my 6 Year old son. Thanks for a great experience!

Picked this hotel on Priceline after stopping here and checking out the area. Good location with lots of food choices within easy walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was as expected, with a bit of "new carpet" odor still lingering, but not bothersome. Very comfy, wand I really liked the window seat. Easily accessed. Lots of parking, the usual breakfast, and a quick drive to the interstate I needed.

Great place I will stay here when I am in Ohio visiting my family very friendly ,helpful great rooms near everything highly recommend.within walking distance to everything.

Excellent hotel, especially "pound-for-pound". The staff, especially Andrew the front desk manager, were absolutely wonderful to talk to, and I felt at home. Very nice, respectful, and hospitable. I'm from Grove City, and have frequently visited many of the properties here. Quality Inn is likely one of my new "go-to" hotels. Great rates as well.

Nice stay. Rooms clean. But what made the stay the best was Donte. He is a great representative of great service and taking care of guests. I left my water tumbler on the check out counter and he called to alert me and I was still close enough to turn around and retrieve. He was a joyful, pleasant young man. His type of service will make me stay at Choice Hotels in the future. Thank you Donte!!

All staff great all week. Morning guy at checkout interrupted his phone time. Snappy unaccommodiating on additional night. Wanted to change rooms for night

Person at the front desk was rude and difficult. For days of my crew in and out gave hard time about room changes and key cards . Let us wait in the parking lot for 3 hrs in the rain to get his/her misunderstanding straightened out . This parking lot has required space for my company equipment or I wouldn't stay here on account of the service.

This is a good hotel, it filled my needs, it's a warm place were i felt very comfortable, quiet and clean.

The front desk woman employee has to be the VERY BEST I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Honestly, She kept me from having to worry about my daughter , giving me peace of mind when I needed it most . The atmosphere is peaceful ,quiet and secure. Knowing your safe ,close to the highway well lit plus close to several restaurants and shopping makes be able to relax for the night and be able to get a good nights rest so much easier. I only wish that every Hotel presented the same qualities of care as this hotel, If your looking for a hotel for the night I would recommend this one before the rest. FIVE STARS...I only wish I knew her name so she could see how treating people with Love and Care and Understanding ((as she does)) (( what we as humans should always do)) makes our world a better place to live ...Thank you Quality Inn

This was the perfect stop for us after a long day of travel as it is conveniently located off I-71 & I-270. There are several restaurants to choose from & a Super Walmart across the street. The hotel has been recently renovated. Our room was very comfortable & clean. Hotel staff was very polite! We will definitely stay here our next time through.

I stayed 2 nights for business, and Quality Inn in Grove City was great for what I needed. Room was a single queen and was definitely a smaller room with the basics, but for me it was more than adequate space. I had a desk to work at, the tv is large for the room size, and it is nice to have small touches such as usb ports next to the beds for charging, etc. Breakfast options are limited at this time due to COVID-19, but that is no fault of the facility itself. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and courteous, which is all I ask for. Location is also convenient being off the highway and close to many food options and stores.

Front desk clerk was nice and check in was fast. The room was very clean. I do NOT have one single complaint. I most definitely would stay here again.

Absolutely one of the best stays at a hotel I have ever experienced, room was very clean, cleaning staff was very nice, fresh linens everyday, 1080 HD TV, USB ports were on two different outletstyles next to bed, decent WIFI, was mostly quiet during my stay. All in all pretty good for a two star hotel, highly recommend.
P.S they found my debit card I lost their and called me immediately to let me know they found it! Integrity is a rare value in business these days and this hotel is most certainly not lacking in that value.

This “Quality Inn” is the best I’ve stayed at. It not only is gorgeous, inside and out, but has many small additions that add to the big picture of having a truly enjoyable stay. Small additions such as the USB ports above the nightstand, such as the multi-color LED above the window-seat, such as the reading light in-case you don’t want to disturb anyone sleeping if you want to read. Further, the staff team is amazing. Susan was a tremendous help and reflected only genuineness.

Completely renovated hotel, with incredibly soft beds. Also, the complimentary breakfast was amazing! A waffle press, sausage links, eggs with bagels, bread, cheese danishes, and all the cream cheese and syrup you could ask for. Like I said, AMAZING!!

We just had a two night stay here the weekend of 8/4/23. This was a great hotel for our weekend trip and we would happily stay here again if we have the need to. The facility is clean, modern, safe, and the employees are friendly. Our only two things were that the bathroom could use an update (not much of one), and the breakfast was mostly packaged pastries and cereal, but personally we don’t care about that kind of stuff. We stay in a good amount of hotels/motels in OH/KY/IN and this was probably one of the top few in quality.

I loved the room. Small but cozy. Clean, comfortable beds, easy check in, great WiFi for my Roku! I would definitely book again.
