Morris Home Furniture and Mattress

My husband and I wanted to scope out some bed frames and theater seating pieces for the future so we figured we'd swing by here to check out the selection. Well, we actually arrived a few minutes before opening, so we started to turn around to wait in our car, but one of the sales associates let us in early. We apologized for arriving so early 😂 but they said it was alright and we could look around. We saw a few items that we might explore a couple months from now. The store is tidy and has a vast selection.

My husband and I had a great experience @ Morris Home Furniture. Our salesperson, Omar Mohammad, was extremely helpful and professional. In fact, all of the employees were great. Our furniture arrived as scheduled and on time. Thank you, Omar, for all of your help!!

Received some wonderful support and guidance by Darias today for selecting our new living room set. Very attentive and answered our questions, even before we realized we had them! Definitely coming back to Morris Furniture to purchase some more quality sets. Highly recommend!

We worked with Hailey at the Morris store on Morse Road. She was friendly, helpful and explained in detail the differences in bedding. There were a lot of options, even more with platform styles. She patiently showed us other furniture that worked our situation. We liked Morris as there were a lot of choices available.

We had a great experience at Morris! Damion was super helpful and we ended up with a much better sofa than we would have without his guidance. We walked by one several times without realizing it met our needs better than the one we were focused on. He truly understood our needs. And the price was less than we thought we'd have to pay. Damion was patient with our difficulty making a decision and sent us home with fabric samples so we could be sure our sofa choice worked in our living room. No pressure, ever! Highly recommended!

Browsing the store for some new chairs, we found great selections and enticing prices. The sales staff was over the top making us feel appreciated no matter if we made a purchase or not. Consequently, we bought three chairs at a great price, delivery was made as promised. This is our 2nd purchase from Morris in 13 yrs. No questions why we keep returning.

We recently purchased a La-Z-Boy sofa and chair from Marvin at Morris Furniture at the Easton Columbus location. I cannot say enough about Marvin’s work ethic. He went above and beyond searching to find exactly what we wanted. The showroom didn’t have this particular sofa, but he contacted their rep and was able to locate it for us. He has been in constant communication with us with updates as far as the process and shipping updates. We will 100% be giving Marvin all our future business. He was exceptional and will be receiving referrals from us.

Definitely the best furniture buying experience we have ever had! All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable but our salesman Tod went above and beyond in working with us to get us exactly what we wanted at the very best price. No pressure! We will be back and will send all our friends and family!

Highly recommend. The customer service is top-notch. We had an associate named Damion who took the time to thoroughly explain the product to us, made sure we tried everything out, and explained the buying/delivery process in detail every step of the way. The associates were laid back and personable. Not pushy or clingy. They are willing to work with you on prices and other concerns to get you the best deal. The manager gave us a floor model since the model would not be in-stock until late September and we needed it sooner. She even lowered the price more due to this. It seemed like they were genuinely focused on getting the customer quality products for the best possible prices and meeting our needs. We went to several stores in the area and this one had the best prices and best costumer service by far.

Omar assisted my friend and I today. She needed an affordable couch for her new apartment and Omar was able to assist in getting something in her budget and worked with us on pricing. He was extremely helpful.

Damien was amazing. We visited the store for a year almost monthly looking at the same pieces. He always remembered not only we liked that piece but asked about our son. Finally the day came and we purchased. He never pushed us but gave us the time to make the decision. Don’t find a lot of people who genuinely care and remember customers.

My husband, daughter and myself ordered our furniture just two weeks ago from Mike Selah at the Polaris Morris store and it was just delivered today. It was actually not supposed to arrive until early June. Mike was very knowledgeable and fun to work with, and got us a good deal. We love the furniture and he made the process pretty easy. The delivery men were great too! On time, and were very careful and friendly. Great experience.

Damion was a very friendly & helpful service rep. He helped me choose a dining set that fit my needs. I would recommend Morris Furniture to anyone looking for quality furniture at an affordable price.

I came in look for a recliner and Damion Saunders the sales representative took very good care of me. Damion was very professional and efficient and I was more than satisfied. I will be shopping at Morris for my home needs in the future.

Damion was excellent to work with! He answered all of our questions and found us the right mattress. We were also looking for a holder for our nursery and the one he suggested, we ended up going with.

I recently bought a large area rug and Marvin from the Easton location went above and beyond to help me. I purchased from a different location and after weeks of run around and frustration he assisted me finding my rug and even vacuumed it, packed it up and loaded into my car! What a wonderful customer service he provided! People of Columbus, use the Easton location on Morse Rd! They will treat you right! Marvin, you rock!!
