Two of us stopped in for lunch. We spoke with Kim, our server, she suggested a Lobster Salad instead of the roll as we both are watching our weight. It wasn’t on the menu, but it was fantastic. What a great idea. The lobster salad was every bit as good as what we had just eaten in Bar Harbor, Maine last month. What a great restaurant. It’s worth the drive.

Absolutely loved this place. Did not take pictures of food but should have. We had the bourbon glazed salmon and a seafood boil. The owner was walking around and was simply a delight. She was singing and checking on tables frequently. The bathrooms were super clean and had bath and body works soap and even lotion. It’s little touches like this that bring a certain charm to the place. The owner at the end just dropped off (as a gift) pita fries covered in powdered sugar and Carmel and just said “for dessert”. They were hot and fresh. Give this place some love ❤

As many others have shared, Papito's Kitchen is not just about great food, the owners are so hospitable and genuine. Arrive as a guest and leave like your family once you've met Kim and Chef Will.

There's a real attention to quality and flavor in the food and it's amazing to find such fresh, sweet seafood in the middle of Ohio! I stopped in on a holiday weekend when they run a Lobster Roll special and it was the best Lobster Roll I have had in a very long time. The clam chowder is rich and creamy and I was glad I opted for the warm, seasoned pita bread for dipping. The fries are hand-cut and crispy. You can tell there's a lot of care and attention to detail in making everything just right.

Can't wait to go back and try more!

Went there tonight with my parents, husband and little one. It was a cozy place and my first time dining in. The food had so much flavor. This place is a hidden gem! The staff was so wonderful and nice. I believe it was the owner but she was so kind to our family and you could tell she takes great pride in getting to know her patrons. Definitely will be going back! I wish more people knew about this place and the treasure it holds !

So welcoming and the food is fantastic! The GUMBO, CLAM CHOWDER, SHRIMP TACOS, SALMON, PASSIONFRUIT CUPCAKE! Everything delicious!!Already planning on going back. Tonight is pasta night, ohh ALFREDO!!!❤❤❤ YOU GOTTA EAT HERE!

Had the fish fry at Papito's Kitchen in Baltimore, OH today (Feb. 25. 2024). I knew the minute I walked in the door that I was in for a great meal. The delicious smell of the food made my mouth water. Had their fish fry special buffet (salad, fried catfish, fried perch, Bourbon glazed chicken, fresh green beans, mac & cheese, roasted potatoes, bread, choice of apple, cherry or blueberry pie, cupcakes & fruit). Everything that I had was delicious! The green beans were fresh (not canned), the mac & cheese was great and the fried fish was out if bounds!!
I would highly recommend this place! Can't wait to go back!

Went for the first time yesterday. Family of four with 2 young kids. Greeted warmly at the door and got to pick our own seat, the waiter was very polite and great with my kids. The variety platter was delicious, wife had the chicken pasta and loved it, kids ate chicken fingers with fries and what they didn’t eat at dinner got eaten today. We didn’t need anything prior to it being asked about by the waiter. Price for what we got was very reasonable in my opinion. And when we walked out it almost felt like we had become friends with the double hand wave and the “see you later” from the kitchen. Will definitely be back!

We finally made plans to dine here and it exceeded our expectations! What a gem in Baltimore to have such a classy fresh seafood restaurant.. it was yummy! It's a short drive from Buckeye Lake and a trip we are looking forward to making again soon. The owners were able to spend a few minutes with us, and that made for an even better experience for us. Fresh high quality seafood at very reasonable prices prepared and served with lots of loving care. It was exceptional!!!

We were one of the only customers in there. The owner/chef talked to us quite a bit and shared his story with us.

The food was absolutely AMAZING. We had his gumbo and clam chowder as well as what is pictured. Both the soups were probably our favorite!

He gives a “first responders” discount.

This was a great experience. The gumbo was really good. The salad also was great. The BLT with salmon sandwich was also really good. We met Will, the owner who talked with us a while a we were eating our meal. Really nice guy!

The cod and walleye were amazing! The service even more impressive. Thank you, Kim and Will, for a great experience. We will be back!

This joint is a real surprise. How they get that fresh catch flavor in corn country is amazing. Don’t sleep on this one.

No one can compare to Papitos. The food is amazing, the prices are so affordable, and honestly Kim and Will are so kind. You feel like family here and they feed you like family too. We feel blessed every time we get to enjoy their delicious food and hope they experience all the blessings and more because they are such a bright spot in so many peoples days ❤ everything on the menu is delicious, you just cannot go wrong with Papitos!

Maybe slightly pricey for a small town but they know how to cook fish! The fish is always perfectly cooked and the chowder is some of the best I've had. The whole family loves it!

Enjoyed the seafood boil very much. I cannot wait to go back and try other items from the menu. Owners were very friendly. Place is clean and has parking. Casual place for family. Quality of food is top notch. Make sure to ask for dessert (not on the menu). This is a gem in a small village. Definitely a must try!

I went for the first time with friends to this place and was treated like family immediately. Our waitress was the owner and her husband was the chef. She treated everyone like family. Started with the crab cakes. They were flavorful. Delicious and moist on the inside but crispy on the outside. They had a lemon aioli type sauce. That was wonderful. Now I'm from Louisiana and their gumbo was the best I have had outside of my big mama's kitchen. The depth of flavor was not something I thought I would ever find outside of Louisiana. I had the grilled fish tacos for dinner. Lots of flavor moist and fresh cilantro and onion. Delicious and memorable. I tried my friend's fish and fries and they also were delicious. There was a child in our party and the owner brought out the Capri Sun for the child. And was very engaging and entertaining. Round it out the meal with some pita fries. Delicious! Wonderful and sweet. Overall a delicious meal and lots of food for the price. Also first rate service and atmosphere. I I recommend everyone try this spot. We definitely will be back.

The building was nice inside & out. Very clean inside. Service was great. We got the variety platter an everything was delicious. The fried pickles here some of the best we’ve ever had. Would definitely go back.

My first visit to Papito's Kitchen was today, and I'll DEFINITELY be back! Everything about it was 5 stars: The service couldn't have have been better....sweet, wonderful people; The food was DELICIOUS; The price was VERY reasonable; They even have a couple of televisions so I could watch the Buckeye game while I ate. It's definitely worth the trip to Baltimore, OH to check out this hidden gem....you'll be glad you did!

The BEST seafood I have had since leaving, Charleston, SC. One of the owners, Kim waited on us. She was one the most personable and friendly people I have ever met! My husband drives there every week from Zanesville. 🦞😊 Now I see why!

I just ate there a couple hours ago and I have to say, “AMAZING”! I’ve had seafood in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and California . This is one of the best seafood restaurants I’ve ever eaten at and will most definitely eat there again. We had the variety platter and the gator sandwich. My son and I shared both, along with some of the most unbelievable crab cakes I’ve ever had. I’ve never recommended a restaurant or written a restaurant review until now but this place most definitely deserves one. The owner/chief is very nice and truly loves what he does and the love really comes out in his food. Definitely looking forward to a return trip. If you love seafood this is the place you want to go.
