The new owners have really made this a wonderful spot! I highly recommend the loaded tots and beer cheese 😋 Definitely want to come back for their happy hour deals!

They are under new management, and service/food was great. I had the pineapple upside down martini- yum! And created an Italian sub pizza- had a great night

Time and Change is so good!!! They were very busy when we visited today and the service was STILL incredible. Fantastic food as well - do yourself a favor and get the loaded tots. Hard to find prices like these recently. The owner is clearly passionate about making a great spot. Sounds like he’s been working really hard, and it shows!

We always have a great time at Time and Change. The food is on point and what you would expect from a neighborhood place. Whether we get carry out or dine in, the food is always hot, fresh and delicious.

The owners and staff are amazing and always welcoming. If you want a place where locals meet, eat and enjoy that "everybody knows your name" feeling, this is the place to come.

Drinks are awesome, and the bartenders are very accommodating.

I love hitting this place up for a pizza and a cocktail. I've had great service every time, especially since the new owners. I just love their pizzas - the veggies are loaded up and cooked perfectly! 😋

Went to try out the new menu and it was great! We got pretzel bites, tater tots, pizzas and burger, it was all excellent and great service! So glad to have such a great neighborhood place!

My family and I were in Columbus visiting friends and looking for a place to eat dinner. We came across Time and Change and had a great experience. Traci was our server and she was so accommodating to our toddler. She brought her dinner out even before our own entrees so our hangry toddler could start eating asap.

Music wasn't too loud, but we could tell it would be a great hangout to watch The Buckeyes when they're playing. Looks like they do trivia nights too.

The owners even came out and talked with us as one point. Sounds like they just purchased the restaurant and are working hard at make some changes for the better, including rolling out a new menu. The wings were AWESOME. They mentioned they are bringing out some new sauce flavors soon.

Will definitely visit again next time we're in town!

They actually have quite a nice and extensive menu. Their prices are reasonable, everyone enjoyed their food, and our server was very good even given the fact that she had multiple tables including a large party. My only criticism is the fries….they weren’t bad, but they weren’t great. I’m thinking the fries might’ve been slightly thawed before going in the fryer which made the texture not so great. They need to be fully frozen if you want to get the crisp outside and tender inside. Other than that everything was excellent!

Time & Change - a great little Resturaunt and Bar. Great food and atmosphere. We love to stop here after a busy day!

We went here for an osu game day and the atmosphere was fun! The food and service was great. There were plenty of screens to watch the game on too. We met the new owners and they were so nice!

We had a private party here and it went wonderfully! The staff here work their tails off to make sure everyone is taken care of. The bartender is such a sweet lady and the cook is working his hardest to make sure the food keeps coming out to the buffet. The prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere was perfect. We were able to decorate and have a photo slide show playing on the tv at my son's graduation party. I have also eaten here during regular hours several times and have no complaints. The staff smile often and seem to enjoy their work. I know covid was a struggle for all privately owned restaurants. Time and Change survived because this community loves their food and staff. They also have trivia night which is super fun. Please take your family and check out this little piece of Westerville, Time and Change.

The best Buckeye bar around! The pizza is great and the sandwiches are awesome as well! If you go on Sundays, they put something different on the smoker each week. Every visit here is a good time. Great place to watch a Buckeye or Blue Jackets game!

I've been to this place on many occasions. They have a very friendly staff, excellent bartenders. The food is very reasonably priced, and very tasty. Someone mentioned the cuban which is good, but the bacon jalapeno dip is divine. Definitely worth a stop if your in the area and are looking for reasonably priced, good food in a sports themed venue.

Great vibe in this place. Definitely a hole in the wall, I've driven past it hundreds of times. Their food is delicious pub fare. Love the buckeye memorabilia. Check it out if you haven't yet, you'll be glad you did.

I love time and change so much the service is great and there wings are delicious! I would recommend to not come at 7 pm on Friday cause there will be no seats!! Other then that I love it!! I totally recommend this place if u like pizza subs and wings!

We absolutely love the Buckeye atmosphere! The food was delicious. Our server, Brandon, took great care of us!!! We will definitely be back to enjoy all of those.

I've been meaning to stop on to this place and finally did today. I'm so glad I did. It is much bigger on the inside than it appears. The bar tender was very nice and chatty, as were the regulars. I didn't order food, but will the next time, as one of the regulars said everything on the menu is good. I hope this will become a neighborhood hangout spot.
