AlwyaS love the warm country vibes. Teri and another lady are my fave servers!!!! I forgot the other lady’s name but she’s short with brown hair. She’s so nice and sweet and calls me baby girl. Food is alwyaS great I love it there

SO, my opinion may be a little biased since I work here myself as a Hostess every week BUT it doesn’t change my opinion on the food. Our speciality right now is the Southern Fried Turkey with a choice of two sides and it was phenomenal. Mac and Cheese was cheesy, cooked right, etc. The hash brown casserole was soft with a little bit of crispy, the perfect combination. The turkey was crispy and tender, had a lot of flavoring due to the sauce and seasoning. Overall, you cant beat this review. I have a lot of respect for the waitresses and grill line as a whole simply because of my job here. Most people who work here put a lot of care and thought into everybody’s order, regardless if we are busy or slow. Be Kind. ❤

The restaurant was extremely crowded and busy. We were seated quickly all things considered. Our server (Kailey?) was quick to take our order, the orders were accurate and brought to the table in a timely manner. The food was good and was prepared as described.

My partner and I frequent this location for breakfast dates, and they have never been anything short of AMAZING! The staff, the food, the atmosphere, they excel on all accounts! We went just yesterday, and the hostess was so very kind, the table she sat us at was a tad dirty, and she quickly wiped and dried it for us, though she absolutely didn’t have to! We were very impressed with her hospitality. We also ordered the new Carolina Chicken Tenders and, wow, they were delicious! I’ve been wanting more ever since!

The food was great! The service was just what it should be. Our server was very attentive and helpful, but not annoying. She went out of her way to help us. But the atmosphere was a rather smokey and irritated our throats a bit. We love the fireplace and never had this issue before. Not sure what caused it but hoping it's clearer next time we come to eat.

Everytime i come here, it is always a great experience. My food came out in such a timely manner, my waitress Kailey was great. She ensured I had everything i needed for a great meal and provided excellent service. I had questions on the difference between a meal, and Kailey was able to answer the question with no problem. I will definitely be coming back to receive this type of service again!

My daughter and I went for dinner last week, and we had one of the best dinner experiences since the end of covid. The food was great, but what made it memorable was our server, Jody. Her interactions with my daughter were amazing!!! The service was perfect, and all her recommendations for food hit the mark. We plan to come back to have dinner and visit her again.

I especially appreciated the server who not only did a great job serving our food but also was kind to our son. He is disabled and showed up 2 hours early as he confused his times. She brought him his food and drinks while he waited on us to arrive. She was so kind.

It was an excellent experience. While we were there, a elderly gentleman sitting at the table near the fireplace with his family passed out. The team of workers were excellent working with him until the Paramedics arrived. The manager was excellent with compassion and care for the gentleman and the family. The were a team at work. They took action. Great job Cracker Barrel in Middletown,.

Sherry our waitress was an absolute doll. Giving me and my husband such awesome customer service! The food is so good. The corn 🌽 muffins tastes like what my granny use to make. We would sit together and eat them in a bowl of milk. Soo good. I had the fried chicken 🍗 🐔 dinner for lunch and my husband had the country fried steak and pinto beans with onions and green chilies. My husband said the pinto beans were his favorite and he could eat them all day! The food was so gooood.👍The place was so packed. We had a wait in line. The long line went quick. We ordered and received our food quickly too. Very fresh. The mac n cheese and the fried apples 🍎 were so good too. Best food I've had from a restaurant EVER. Delicious. Definitely going to be going back soon. Went to Middletown location this evening with my family. Fast service and our service was very good.

Visited on a Sunday and New Year’s Eve. A busy crowd didn’t limit the service. The food was great and our server Emerson was fantastic! Her section was full but she was very attentive to our table, as well as the others. Greeted us with a huge smile and made us feel very welcome. We’ll definitely return!

The best thing is they have breakfast all day everyday. I am upset they took the sunrise sampler off the menu but the good thing is our waitress went ahead and put it together for us somehow. The only downside to it was it cost a little more. You get every breakfast food to try with the sunrise sampler so it's totally worth it still. I absolutely love their breakfast! The rest of the food is actually very good also. It's like having a real home cooked meal and you can shop also while you're waiting on a table. They have really great things for sale for every age. Definitely a 100 % great all around place.

Very clean and the food was perfect and so was the service! Our server was very nice and checked on us, often. Not from this area but will drive the 30 minutes to this location again!

Cracker Barrel has always been my favourite breakfast/ brunch place. Each time I see these places fully packed and a big waiting line, and that says it all. This is just another usual Cracker Barrel along the interstate. We stopped by the place for the brunch. Thankfully we got the table as soon as we reached. The food was fantastic. Less greasy meat, perfect eggs, House made biscuits, freshly prepared orange juice, tasty and fluffy pancakes. The food standard is really good. The waitress took a good care of us, with her always smiling face. The restrooms were nice and neat. And last but not the least, it’s economic. Three of us ate up to the neck, still the total bill was ~33$.

We had an awesome experience thanks ton our server Tiffany C. She was wonderful, helped us with menu choices and very friendly. She made the difference between a good meal and a great experience. Thanks again!!! =)

Jodi is amazing!! Like seriously, we visit once a week just to go see her. The food is great and brings back my memories of going there with my grandparents as a child. I also really like the rewards program you guys have started.

We picked up a catering order. We love it and will order again. Great food, hot, on time, and delicious. Our family is always happy when we order the Momma's Breakfast for 10.

Only thing I would change about any Cracker Barrel would be the seating privacy, I would make tables just a tad more private, bc everything and everyone is so out in the open, BUT THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE TO BRING MY KIDS BC THEY HAVE SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE, it’s like comfort food and it’s sooo delicious. Our waitress this time was the best we ever had, reason being she seen I was a mom struggling with 4 kids, she made sure she made our meal the best deal possible and showed us how to substitute and trade to get exactly what we wanted, she was friendly, and made sure our drinks was on point, but she wasn’t overly attentive, ya know. Just PERfect!!

Went during lunchtime on a Monday. Approximately 25 minute wait. I got the grilled chicken salad with ranch and the classic sweet tea. (Also shared a few of my sister's breaded okra from her vegetable plate 😊). Everything was super fresh and wait staff was efficient and friendly. One of the better Cracker Barrels IMO.

Excellent food and service. Very fast from the time we placed the order until the time the food arrived at the table. Quality of the food was excellent. Great job.
