Our order was messed up and quickly corrected. They comped a missing drink and apologized. The problem resolution outweighed my frustration so 5 stars. Minimal wage, very fast paced work and most of all keeping humans happy. The employees that get the most negativity and the least amount of appreciation. I have never worked at a restaurant but I know the job expectations and I know human behavior. Thank you so much for all that you do! I appreciate each and every one you!!!

Close to 30 people stopped here after a softball game and we received excellent service. The staff rocked it.

Taco bell is delicious and always great as long as they don't have the junkie that works there serving with her bandage covered arms so so nasty Jordann Thomas So nasty and trashy 🤢 Idk how they havent fired her always nodding out or covered in abscess so gross we only come there if she isn't working pretty sad we can't enjoy one of our favourite places because they hire literally anyone

one of the best taco bells, I can usually count on their food being made fresh. We go here every now and then and every time we go the food is hot and fresh. It also doesn't matter what time of day you go the food is always pretty consistent.

The food is really good. It's not Mom's tacos but it'll do in a pinch. Funny thing about Taco Bell is it originally was a hot dog stand. Then the owner started selling tacos as well to get more business and the tacos sold better than the hot dogs so he cut the hot dogs out and focused on the tacos. When I go I always get the Baja Blast. That's the only mountain dew I'll drink. The atmosphere also provides a nice place to catch up with friends and family. To God be the glory.

Delicious food, great customer service

The staff at Taco Bell is very nice , they are short staffed so every one there is covering multiple positions and they are all very good at it , one person who was working the cash register and cleaning tables gave me a free crunchy taco certificate the other day . the down side is that the resturant is not always extremely clean do to low employment but the food is delicious and the staff is extremely nice.

The workers at this establishment are outstanding in every sense of the word. My fellow roommates and I have been visiting this location over the course of our long college careers, and the workers are always more than happy to put up with our excessively large orders. I have frequented many other Taco Bell’s in my days, and let me tell you this one is on a level of its own. They have never EVER messed up anything in our complicated orders. This is probably the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Their drive through is sometimes a little slow but it’s partially because there’s often a lot of customers but also because I feel as if they focus on quality. They always give good portions (filling burritos, drinks, etc) and make the food well. The proportions are good and the ingredients are usually well distributed.

Every time I’ve been there, the drive through staff has always been super friendly. I’ve never had an issue waiting super long for my food, but they might be a little slower than most taco bells(but as I said earlier I feel like it’s probably because they don’t rush through making your food). I also don’t go there super often so maybe some people have longer waits.

Overall this is my favorite Taco Bell!!

I am always so satisfied when I leave here. The food is always so tasteful, so rich and hearty and not too robust, and as always so plentiful that it makes me happy, like that warm feeling you have after eating Sunday dinner at your mom's. To whoever reads this review, I really hope you get at least the same or at least close to what I get from here so then maybe you can give a review that might even surpass my taste buds.

I have never been inside this Taco Bell, but the drive thru line moves pretty quickly. The employees are friendly and always nice to me. I cannot speak to most of their menu as I am entirely hooked on the spicy potato soft tacos. They are consistently delicious and at only $1 per taco, a great value. I am never disappointed when I visit this restaurant!

This is by far my FAVORITE Taco Bell. And I just LOVE how they’ve revamped the place. The employees are amazing. The place is frequently cleaned, which is definitely a plus for me. The food is always delicious. Most Taco Bell spots I’ve visited were gross, slow, and the employees were rather “dull”. East State Street, keep doing your thing!

Tried a few of their new menu items. Was really impressed. Staff was friendly and fast. I've never had any issues with this location though. They always do a great job!

Best fast food employees around, I have no problem waiting in line here because everyone loves taco bell and the service here is best around.

The black guy that works drive through is ACE, pay him double if you have to, my wife and I come here just to see him because he brightens your mood with his infectious laugh and love for hot sauce.

This Taco Bell has never let me down. There's always a line, but they manage to keep that line scooting. The employees are always nice and I've never had an order that wasn't fresh and accurate.

Abby and Gabe qnd their team members keep this place so clean! The food is ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH WHEN THRY ARE WORKING and I think that is SO important for taco bell ingredients. No one wants a gross halfway cold taco or to have their $7crunch wrap thrown together in a heaping mess.

My tacos never fall out the bottom, the teams roll game is beautiful. The food is ALWAYS good with Gabe and abbys team. They deserve more recognition for how top tier they keep their store in my opinion
