Quality Inn

Conveniently located to the highway and other local necessities. We walked to liberty street for the local bar. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed when the hotel was not busy so breakfast was quiet and modest, but still the stay was a great value for the price and a good stop on our way to Buffalo, go bills!!

Location : Conveniently close to the highway, fast food and sit down food options also close by as well. Rooms: large mini fridge, good microwave, large TV, soft beds (not too soft) great ait conditioning, great hot water. Service: The Best! Literally all of the staff I interacted with were so pleasant and accommodating! They have coffee overnight(awesome) , and made extra in the morning because they saw my thermos and asked if I'd like them to! When our rooms were extended, they insured a flawless transition of our reservations, and even had new keys programmed, so we could seamlessly go to our rooms after a long day. I know lots of hotels have beds and ac, but not many at all could boast such a wonderful staff! 11/10 great stay

Based on reviews I was expecting way worse, but it was actually a very nice stay for an affordable room. Room was clean and updated, as well as lobby and hallways. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only downfall was a very basic breakfast, but for the price who can complain. Would definitely stay again!

The whole stay experience was very nice and exceeded expectation. the check in was quick and the folks took care of our requests. Room was clean and maintained well.
Breakfast was free and had good options like Sausages, oats, waffle maker, bread, cereal fruits etc. decent selection.

A great safe, quiet and comfortable stay. The building used to be days inn but now being renovated to a quality inn. New interior paint, carpet, and room appliances. The lobby was very pretty and the customer service was outstanding. The two at the front desk treated us with respect and courtesy. They gave us some great local recommendations and were very friendly and interacted with my 4 year old daughter. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels on our travels and you can tell that the people working here are very proud off their hotel and treat it like it's their own.

The staff where amazing very welcoming. The room was clean. Loved staying on the 5th floor looking over the town of bath looking at the Christmas lights. It was very quite. The bed was very comfortable we had a wonderful stay thank you quilty inn. The hotel is very beautiful they have came along ways in that hotel since the new owners.

Clean..Friendly staff. Had a rough start when we first checked in on a holiday early morning. sent to the wrong room, but the staff immediately made up for it and got us to our nice room and settled. quiet place too..

I have stayed at this hotel many nights while traveling for work. the owner has been remodeling the hotel and it’s looking great! The staff is friendly and very helpful, I will keep staying at this hotel whenever I’m in the area.

Staff was super nice- bed very was comfortable I slept like a rock. Quiet, clean ill stay here again if/when in the area again for sure.
