The staff was amazing ! My husband and I loved all the information we got from each mattress. It made it so easy for us to chose one! My wife and I visited over a month ago… very impressed that Jonnie remembered our names and what we were interested in. She’s a great sales rep., not at all pushy and genuinely interested in our satisfaction.

I'm a fan of the folks at Mattress Firm Queensbury. We've purchased several mattresses from them over the years and they always deliver good customer service - making sure we're ultimately happy with our mattress ... This has included returning at least one mattress within the trial period and recently working to honor a warranty on a faulty mattress.

Tony, in particular, was responsive and helpful in getting the last case across the finish line. He went above and beyond to make things right and as a result they'll continue to get our business.

The saleswoman never tried to make me buy something I wasn't looking for. I walked in, she greeted me, I told her what I was looking for, and she showed me 3 or 4 different mattresses. I said I like this one, and that was that. I definitely recommend them. A++

Brad suggested to me over the phone when I called to come in the store so I can actually see what I’m purchasing instead of buying online. I was well aware of all the great reviews Ive seen about him online so I figured I could trust what he was saying. Went to the store tried a few mattresses out and went with his suggestion for a mattress with the kind of support I need because I haven’t back issues and bought a mattress for my mother that she liked. Thanks Brad!

Today I visited the Queensbury Mattress Firm location and was Greeted by Anthony. I had just upgraded to a king size mattress and was looking for a frame to match it. I got to say it was very refreshing for somebody to ask what I was looking for And show me exactly that.

No “How about this?”, “Have you looked at these?” It was what I wanted and had me out the door within 10 min. That being said when it’s time to upgrade I will be returning to the same location to work with Anthony BECAUSE That was my 1st time in that store and it 100% felt like an interaction instead of a transaction.

Very informative, no pressure staff. Good value as compared to their competitors. Clean store with many examples to check out before buying

Tony greeted me right away and was really great! I explained to him how I went to a different place and had a horrible experience. Tony took his time explaining all the different details of the adjustable base I bought. I will refer people to him in the future! Great service and personality!
