We came across this place a few years back, pre-covid, and had a fantastic brunch with Mimosas. So this year for my birthday weekend and being in Saratoga we just had to come back! 🍹🎉

Today we planned to see the live screen of Carmen at AMC theater in Saratoga Springs, NY. Had to leave home (Troy NY)early as we did have water (fixing water main). My wife chose this restaurant and she, as usual chose an excellent place. Was so hungry did not get to take a picture. I had the Irish Omelette and my wife had eggs with Hash. The food tasted great and our waitress Amanda added to the enjoyment by being clear, fast and funny. Final remark, it seems that a good percentage of the guests are repeat customers and know each other.

Wholesome and homely! Delicious oatmeal pancake, fluffy waffles and yummy biscuits. The fried chicken and sausage gravy were very flavorful. The service was very friendly and accommodating. Lovely experience.

The atmosphere and service were super! The food was wonderful. For a bit odd a change, we had apple cider mimosas. I recommend the mimosas. It was a nice twist on breakfast/brunch. We had the Irish omelet with fried potatoes and english muffin. Wrapped inside of the omelet is the in-house made hash.

Traveling through Saratoga , came across this quaint diner . This was most definitely the best breakfast! Delicious pancakes , sausage, jams etc... the service was wonderful . We actually went back the next day for lunch !! definitely worth stopping by for a bite to eat !!

Really nice spot for breakfast...so tasty we made a second visit. Enjoyed Eggs Benedict (hollandaise was excellent) and Oatmeal pancakes. Everything was delicious and freshly prepared. Great staff, cute decor, and just about everything I love about these types of establishments. Highly recommended !

Where was this place? A diamond in the rough for sure!! Breakfast was awesome, service was fast and very friendly. I felt like I was invited to a friend house for breakfast. Who could ask for more. Definitely coming back. You should too. Try it today not tomorrow!

Yum, yum, yum! Country Corner Cafe is a perfect little restaurant for breakfast. They have tons of sweet and savory options, and the service is great. When I went on a Sunday for brunch there was a 30 minute wait, but they offer cold water outside and the wait went by really fast. My partner and I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the Sunrise Benedict. So yummy!

This is the perfect, cozy local breakfast place you've always wanted to try! I absolutely loved my southern Benedict and my oatmeal pancake with the Vermont maple syrup was so good that I just might stop there again on the last day of my trip.

Funny thing I'm not use to good service seeing a lot of restaurants let themselves to be extremely terrible service. Excellent service and impress on my part which I base restaurants on purely. Treat a customer properly the first time they will come back business 101 skills. Just had a Greek omelette and not bad. Needed more flavor which I'm giving my honest opinion. Honestly is the best policy in my head. Pretty cramped quarters seeing I like it more roomy and just my personal opinion. Although they have plenty of extra dining space which I didn't realize. I usually like to be relaxed for breakfast seeing pretty typical for breakfast place to be quick pace. Image of Greek omelette I had 👍

I couldn’t believe how neat and diverse the menus was. The coffee was delicious. The prices were more than affordable. Next time I’m in the area I’ll be sure to go back!

Cute, corner cafe in the heart of Saratoga Springs. Inclusive menu with options for all allergies - very accommodating. It gets busy on weekend mornings! Be sure to make a reservation if you are going with your family or friends!

Absolute gem of a café reminiscent of small-town America. Their homemade biscuits are crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Paired with their homemade jam, it was delectable. Their eggs Benedict were also great, especially when paired with their crispy tater tots. All for an affordable price too; definitely going back!

We have not been to breakfast in years and it was a wonderful choice to come here! So welcoming and fun and the food is amazing 😍 Southern Benedict definitely doesn't disappoint 😋

The potato pancakes were excellent, as was the maple sausage. The jams are made from scratch. We ate in the small section downstairs. It was chilly by the door. I would recommend if too cold/hot to eat upstairs. The entrance is 2 doors down.

The food here was delicious but the jam I bought to take home was absolutely amazing. When we are back in town, we will be back. The atmosphere was super cute and owners were funny, caring and gracious. A must visit!!!

We were expecting a traditional hole in the wall breakfast. We sat at the tiny little old school counter, but we were surprised in a BIG way. I would call this classic breakfast, with a little extra something. The food was done well, the selections were so good they were hard to choose from, and they even had unexpected little surprises
( homemade strawberry and apple jam!!). Our waitress was friendly and on point, we left full and our breakfast was talked about the rest of the day!

*** there are two sides to this restaurant, we almost left as it looked packed, and luckily found out there were 2 sides!

I cannot say enough good things about The Country Corner Cafe and Amanda our server. Sadly we found them for our last meal in Saratoga Springs, not our first. My husband and I went for breakfast, the Coffee was fresh and hot, there was a flavor of the day as well, Pumpkin, my favorite! Everything is made fresh and tastes like it. Between us we were able to sample Potato and traditional pancakes, the Corned Beef Hash(made fresh and DELICIOUS), a ham steak, housemade Applesauce (the best I've ever had) as well as store made Apple-Grape jelly and Strawberry jam which are also available for purchase! Hands down the BEST breakfast we had during our stay in Saratoga Springs. Cannot wait to sample their Dinner when we come back next month. Can I give 20 ⭐⭐ and 👍👍?!?!?

Came in off the street to ge some non Hotel Buffet Breakfast.
They delivered friendly, prompt, inexpensive and delicious!
Very good experience for someone from out of town.
