What a little slice heaven in the Catskills. The property is gorgeous and staff can’t be nicer or more helpful. Thank you, James, George and everyone else! The restaurant is lovely and food is very farm to table fresh and delicious. We loved the modern simplicity and beautiful decor. Perfect for couples, families, girls get away. Can’t wait to return!

My spouse and I were there for four nights. Inness felt like a dream - we felt as if we had the entire valley to ourselves, just immersed in nature. The restaurant at Inness offers intentionally crafted meals with locally sourced ingredients. Their breakfast is amazing. You have to try the hot cereal. The gemelli pasta dish at dinner is incredible. The Spa at Inness was the best massage experience I’ve ever had. The adults only pool was such a relaxing space. The staff are friendly and helpful!

We never felt like we needed to leave Inness the entire time we were there. We will be back for sure!!

We stayed 3 nights at Inness - beautiful property, lovely staff- very friendly and hospitable. We ate multiple times in the restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner and everything was very delicious! Highly recommend ordering a drink from the bar and sitting by the multiple campfires to enjoy the sunset. Bring your own smores ! We will be back. Very Dog friendly!!!! Dog fee of only $100 for the entire stay which I think is pretty fair.

We loved the place so much from our visit last year that we drove more than an hour just for dinner. The grounds and scenery is absolutely heavenly. Design and vibe of the main restaurant building deserves an Architectural Digest feature on its own.

Every dish is well thought out and executed perfectly. Having a delightful meal while sitting on the porch at sunset is quite an experience. Don’t underestimate the chicken dish and the steak/fries were exquisite. We went for the drive and a small celebration, shoutout to Max J. for making the evening even more special. Looking forward to next visit with friends/family.

Bonus point, take a fun-to-drive car up taconic parkway and mohonk road on a weekday.

I had an absolutely phenomenal time at the restaurant in Inness, NYC. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting, and the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The food surpassed all expectations; each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The menu offered a delightful variety, ensuring there was something for everyone. Additionally, the picturesque view added an extra layer of charm to the dining experience, making it truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a perfect blend of delicious food, impeccable service, and breathtaking surroundings. It’s a must-visit in NYC!

the most stunning location with the best farm to table food! I’ve been here twice & it’s an absolute gem of a trip. We sat on the porch of the restaurant the first time and inside this time— make sure to time your meal with sunset! It’s stunning views in the mountains.

To start, we got the sourdough and butter, the sweet potato, the gem salad, scallops, and the beets. Honestly, the appetizers were the star of the meal. The scallops were stunning with the most delicious, bright beurre blanc sauce. The salad was absolutely delicious with dill & the spring peas.

For entrees, we got the steak frites, burgers, ravioli, and rigatoni. The pastas were both stellar with the ravioli being the standout. The rigatoni was on the spicy side- but reminded me of the carbone rigatoni. The steak and hamburger were good, but not mindblowingly good. The fries were a bit soggy, and the hamburger was a bit too lean for my liking.

We have been to Inness a few times now! We have stayed in both the farmhouse and the cottages. Both are spectacular! The food is TOP notch. The golf course is immaculate. My finance proposed to me at Inness in December 23. It will always be such a special place to us. We highly recommend Inness.

I attended a wedding here in November. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the upstate, New York isolation and tranquility. The cabins were impeccably designed and decorated. All the food I had this event was done by Innis and it was all absolutely delicious. From the breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, (the maple bacon is delicious) to the apple cider donuts and coffee that were served at each morning. It is a thoughtful and impeccable place to relax.

Blows any other upstate hotel out of the water! Restaurant is spectacular, service is second to none. Hotels and cabins are clean, tidy, and shuttle service to and from your cottage always available. Staff was on point.

They are working on building and finishing its spa services, which were not yet available. Although, they could coordinate an in room spa service if you’d like.

Plenty to do around the area such as hikes, brewery, restaurants.

Always recommend all friends to stay here if looking upstate and especially for special occasions.

Inness planned my proposal and it could not of gone more perfect.

The golf course is great for a 9-hole course and the staff is extremely friendly, kind and caring. Include the golf if you stay here.

Also dog friendly for the pups with plenty of grass area for them to run around!

The location met every expectation -- tranquil, remote, but with enough comfort and amenities as to not feel inconvenienced. Staff was immensely helpful upon arrival and at departure, transporting us and our luggage with pleasant conversation and stellar recommendations. Restaurant reservations were easy to secure and the food / service were excellent. The cabins genuinely felt very large, yet cozy. Simply loved walking around the property at sunrise and dusk. My partner and I only had dinner here. It was one of the most wonderful experiences we’ve had in a long time. We are from Brooklyn and wanted to get out out of town for a special dinner. The food, the atmosphere, the property, the views and the service exceeded our expectations. We sat on the deck side at sunset, and had the most wonderful heirloom tomato salad, roasted spaetzle and rigatoni pomodoro. Our server had all the answers. We truly can’t wait to go back.

Love everything about this place. Beautifully done. Amazing views. One of the best meals we’ve had all year for dinner in the restaurant. Great for dog owners. Hanging out in The Farmhouse is awesome. Highly recommend!

My friends from college and I spent a few days at Inness earlier this month. We had the most magical stay! Upon arriving, we were met with the most beautiful view, the staff greeted us at our car and drove us to the cabin we were staying in. The cabins are stunning, a simple & clean design, beautifully decorated. We had a drink at the honor bar in the farm house and sat in the most comfortable Adirondack chairs. We enjoyed the walk to dinner & had the most delicious food, everything we tried was perfection, including the service! Inness is not to be missed, you will love your stay!

It's one of the nicest places I've been to in upstate NY. They chose this spot so well. The cabins are almost perfectly built, which I really appreciate. Good quality craftsmanship is definitely hard to find in NY hospitality. The honor bar at the farmhouse is crazy well curated, the food at the restaurant great, yet it's a small menu and might get boring if you stay a week. The only things that bothered me as a sustainability manager were the paper and plastic cups used all over the resort, that the golf cars aren't electric and that there are no charging stations for EVs. I know for most people that's irrelevant but in the grand scheme of the world burning everything counts.

My husband and I just returned from Inness, to celebrate our tenth anniversary. From the moment we drove on to the grounds, I could feel the magic around us. We are from the Hudson Valley, but felt like we were on another planet.

The Farmhouse is a beautiful structure, impeccably designed to feel like a historical building, but with a gorgeous minimalist design. Our room in the farmhouse was smaller than I expected, but beautiful and minimalist just like the rest of the property. Unfortunately, we had some very loud children staying next to us, but Troy was able to upgrade us to a cabin, which was spacious and beautiful.

We had a chance to walk the property, and had fun on the obstacle course. While we never checked out the family pool, the adults only pool was a haven, and a beautiful place to spend the hot days.

The restaurant was amazing, one of the best meals I have had in a long time. There was no wait for us to get in (make sure you have a reservation) and the service was wonderful.

I found all of the staff to be incredibly accommodating and very friendly. We had access to transportation whenever we needed it, and whenever we needed something (more ice, towels, etc.) there was sometime available to quickly assist.

All in all, it was a wonderful and romantic trip, and I look forward to returning in the fall, to appreciate the foliage and the landscape. I would highly recommend.

Thanks to everyone there for making our anniversary so special!

Inness was fantastic. The staff and customer service alone were phenomenal. They were available for any assistance and information whenever needed. The farmhouse was so much fun. Each room has its own theme but the entire feel of the place is relaxing and cozy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was wonderful, from the food and drink options to the service. We can't wait to come back again!

Charming place with excellent service. From check in to the ride to the farmhouse to dinner and breakfast the next morning the service shines. The room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed and great amenities. The honor bar at night next to the fireplace was a perfect touch to unwind before heading to dinner. The food and cocktails were excellent and inventive. Nothing about the place was stuffy, it was a perfect night away.

Our dinner night was outstanding. Service was exceptional thanks to Fin and the rest of the staff. Appetizers, entrees, and desert (especially the cheesecake) and the views from our table made for one of our best dining experiences.
