I've called Keith for emergency service in the middle of the night and he came out himself. He was here in exactly the amount of time it takes to get from his home to mine. I was actually shocked. You just do not get service like this very often anymore. He has installed a new furnace and stands by his work and product. As he should, because it speaks for itself. I'll never hire anyone else to work on my home. Highly recommended!

Hands down AMAZING! The owner himself came out on a Saturday morning because what we though was an emergency leak turned out to be a slow leaky drain.. he told us he could do it then or send his guys back on Monday and cut the labor cost almost in half! He is honest and forward about what needs to be done. Today his guys came out and they were beyond respectful of our home and the apartment below ours. They were in and out in little to no time at all.. they gave us their honest opinions and helpful tips to repair the hole (we are the property managers of this building and try to do all we can for ourselves but know when to call in an expert) I would 100% recommended them to anyone and will continue with this company for all of our plumbing and heating needs!!!!!

Keith and his guys are great. Friendly and respectful. Keith always gets back to us, even on weekends, never leaves us hanging in an emergency. He also has an awesome dog. Highly recommend him (Keith AND the dog)

This is a no-nonsense,family-owned business with very high standards. They solved a problem other plumbers had failed to fix, and were courteous and efficient. A pleasure to work with.

We were referred by another business "Roys Rooter". We called and while I was discussing what our needs were whoever answered was simultaneously speaking to someone else while speaking to me. I did not realize it and asked what he said he replied :" I'm speaking to someone else". So I waited for him to listen. When I started speaking again, he again continued the conversation with someone else and clearly was not engaged with us or listening to our needs. A very bad first impression.
