Very good coffee! Right across the street is a nice park with picnic tables.

Had a Julian Salad and it was amazing. Fresh veggies, mean n cheese!! Best i have had in a long time! So big i could not eat it all for only $6- And the cookies were phenomenal. Soft n still warm from the oven. I will be ordering frequently

I ordered a sub a week ago and one of their employees danielle fronk did a fantastic job on my Turkey one. It was one of the best subs I have ever eaten. I will definitely be ordering again and would prefer danielle to make my subs. Great service and I like cashiers who are upbeat and friendly.

If you havent stopped in here in the past few months, then YOU SHOULD!!!! There have been A LOT of updates. The staff is amazing and there are a ton of new food options. The food is fresh and very yummy and the staff is friendly and helpful. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I visit Crosbys in Prattsburgh very frequently. Last night our subs were made with miracle whip instead of mayo, but the District Manager, Kelly Putnam made everything right with us. She is awesome! We love our Crosbys and Kelly!

A great little convenience store and gas station. Great customer service. Wonderful coffee. And good food when you're hungry. A nice addition to our small town.

Can’t believe I’m saying this but the pizza and wings were better than I’ve had at some restaurants and pizza joints.

Marathon Gas, just stopped to get gas at Crosby's and their still highway robbery on their gas prices, in the mean time everyone else is coming down on their prices.

Disappointed this evening order 2 large pizza's told it would be 25 minutes get there to pick them up 25 minutes later haven't even made it in the oven so had to wait just to find out when I get home they made one pizza wrong so had to wait for another pizza that took over 30 minutes to make

Says closes at 11 closed by ten change your hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very sad when a manager or higher uses their position to make drama occur in the surrounding area. Kelly Putnam should see reprimand for doing unprofessional stuff all over social media

How horrible it must have been today for those girls! Having someone behind you at every turn saying everything they were doing was wrong. I couldn't work like that.

Slow to help. No grating when walking in or out. Very poor socially
