ADA amazing! Called the beach on 6/29/24 spoke with a young lady who explained how handicapped friendly they were.The beach has a sandmat which allows you to walk to the water without sinking. First Beach Day in years. Great! Customer service A+

Beautiful state park, huge area for parking and BBQing. You can go hiking and of course the beach! Recommended!

Ample place to walk, very pleasant, space big enough for children to play, calm waters for swimming... Super large parking lot. nice and great for picnic...

First time actually doing the hike trail at Sunken Meadow park early this month and loved it!

During off season, there’s no entrance fee. So much cleaner than the other beaches in nyc. I’m not sure how it is during season but when we went there it was so empty and peaceful!!

Was having a relaxing day on the beach when this oil tanker I guess lost control and grounded itself on the beach. Luckily nobody got hurt, it turned out to be a thrilling day. Nice clean beach otherwise.
