Rick, where do I start? He takes care of me time and time again. Every time I go there it’s a friendly environment and he helps out from start to finish. He made sure not only my family and friends i refer have the best time but he made my niece and nephews birthday a very special one by getting me an amazing necklace and a custom made anklet!! 10/10 would recommend Rick and Regency Jewelers!!

The absolute best customer service from a jeweler. The gentleman was very polite and prompt with everything. He really helped me out fixing a locket necklace that I have that wasn't shutting properly anymore.

Please note my husband and I did not purchase anything and I rarely give 5* reviews. I have always had good instincts and found Rick to be very honest and attentive. I found him to be helpful and eager to help us with our situation. We were leaving in a few days for the winter in Florida so we were under time constraints. When we return in May we will definitely make our purchase from him. If you are looking for a good reputable jeweler, give them a try.

We had diamond wedding bands custom made at Regency Jewelers in Schenectady, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Joe, Rick, and Jeff were all amazing to work with, and their attention to detail and customer service were top-notch. Their store came highly recommended by many leaders in our community that had years of experience shopping with them.

The process of 3D designing the rings and making the molds using their state-of-the-art 3D printer was fascinating to watch, and the end result was nothing short of perfection. Delivered on the timeline promised, though I don't recommended rushing something as important as wedding Jewelry.

The quality of the diamonds, finishing and the polishing was exceptional, and the prices were more than fair - they beat all the local and national mall jewelry stores we looked at. Why by from a mall store a ring that everyone else can buy off the shelf when you can buy One-of-a-Kind for less at RegencyJewelers?

I stopped into Regency a year and a half ago to inquire about wedding bands. I was met with a clean shop and a welcoming smile by the owner, Rick. Extremely down to earth, real, and honest. Any review on here lower than 5 stars is someone who probably didn’t deal with him. I brought in a diamond band of my wife’s that I bought elsewhere and he cleaned it up so good, we didn’t think it was ours!! We told him to take it back! That’s how good of a service he does. I’ve also purchased quiet a few expensive pieces that he designed and have no problems paying a good, fair price for them. He also made my wife’s wedding band off of a design we showed him. If you want something unique and made for you.....something that’s not mass produced....stop in and ask for Rick. You’ll thank me later. Nothing less than 5 stars for you, Rick!

I was in town for a short time and needed a very important pendant fixed for my mom. I stopped into Regency and the experience great! I had a relatively small repair done but was treated with care and left smiling. The customer service and repair were both excellent and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you!

I am very impressed with Regency Jewelers. I had the privilege of speaking with both Joe and Rick. What I like about this store is that there is no condescension or negative vibes. They will talk to you like a person and are there to help! It is a breath of fresh air having a local jeweler who has REASONABLE PRICES, superb customer service, and a commitment to excellence. They even have a 3D printer which allows them to design and cast custom jewelry. Shopping here is also a great way to support a local business. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this establishment.

Each time I come in I see beautiful jewelry at great prices. The prize of the store is Rick and Joe. They both are so down to earth. They speak real English. They don't do the big hype and force you to buy.

After kays jewelers destroyed my wifes engagement ring from 1982.

We went to Regency Jewelers to design and make the head as close as possible to original design. They were professional in all aspects from customer service and an excellent design to finished product. My wife was so pleased to have her ring back.
