I went in to North Eastern fine jewelers, looking for something special for my daughters boyfriend. I was working with Barbara and my daughters boyfriend on the phone. I’ve had several great experiences at Northeastern Fine Jewlery in their Schenectady location. The best, by far, was most recently with Kristina. Kristina was patient, attentitive, and incredibly helpful in her assistance. I cannot reccomend Northeastern and their staff enough, they are truly the best.

Gina at NE Fine jewelry helped me recreate a missing gold band with diamonds that she had originally designed 6 years ago. The new design was perfect and even better. And this was all coordinated over the phone call from a distance. The final product is beautiful. She answered numerous questions and always was quick to respond. She is a gem.

Worked with Amber at the Schenectady store, she is absolutely fabulous! I now have a beautiful engagement ring. Amber listened to exactly what I wanted and made the perfect setting for me. I’m so over the top ecstatic 🤩
