Sondra has been so good to us through the years! We are not frequent jewelry store shoppers (3 times in 20 years) but each time Sondra has made us feel so special. When my mother in law passed this past month, she wanted to leave her ring to a granddaughter but it was in need of much repair. Three days later the ring was ready! It shined like new and brought a few tears. So reasonably priced too. We knew there was only one place to bring this very special family treasure and are so glad we did. I can highly recommend Sondra’s to anyone in need of a fine jeweler.

I went to Sondra's to fix my ring. They kindly sized it with size balls and then tightened up the prongs holding the stones. The team did a beautiful job and treated me like a queen. Imagine that! Thank you Sondra and your team. You are all apprecaited.

My fiancé and I always have a wonderful experience with Sondra. Several years back we purchased my engagement ring which we had custom made after an unexpected loss on my prior ring. They were quick efficient and super friendly. Pricing was very reasonable.

I just recently dropped my grandmothers ring off for a repair. She was very competitive with pricing. Every place I went to see how much it would cost, it was always very expensive. They had my grandmothers ring repaired and now it looks brand new. It truly was a very special experience and I’m grateful for Sondra’s team. The sentiment that the ring had will now last longer than expected.

I don't understand the previous Toby review about watch resizing. Recently, I brought in a watch gifted to me that band was too large. I asked for 2 links to be removed and that was done quickly while I waited. When I tried it on again, still too large so asked for another link be removed - no problem, done right away at very little cost. Will be going back for ring repair.

I can not say enough great things about Sondra's. I had a new ring and it broke, they not only fixed it - PERFECTLY, but the customer service provided was outstanding. I will use Sondra's for all my jewelry needs. They have a fabulous selection of new jewelry too!! They are simply FABULOUS!! I got a ring from my Mom when she passed and of course, I went to Sondra's. They cleaned my ring and sized the ring in less than 5 hours. I got the ring back and literally cried it looked so beautiful. The manager, Keri was AWESOME. She listened to what I wanted, but made suggestions to SAVE me money - who does that?!?! I also met the master jeweler, and he was just as kind and compassionate as anyone I ever met. He recommended that I leave the ring alone for a few years, and then see if I want to change it. They are great, hard working, and honest folks at Sondra's. You can't go wrong if you go to Sondra's. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

My daughter and I were able to find a couple beautiful gifts. Very nice people and nice remaining selection of rings, necklaces, earrings and bracelets, even after the big holiday rush. We will be back.

They have great deals on jewelry and an amazing staff. I love all the work and time put into decorating their store for the holidays. Definitely recommend!!

Cannot say a big enough thank you to the team at Sondra's. They were able to resize my engagement ring in an incredibly short amount of time. Not only that, but they were so thorough with the inspection, the cleaning, etc that I am certain my ring came back prettier than it went in.

I came to here to set a diamond and resize a 3 rings the result was a quick turn around time and great work. The price is more than expected but fair. Highly recommend.

I first experienced the great customer service here when my husband and I were looking at engagement rings about 7 years ago. Anthony was tremendous in helping us select our diamond and we couldn't have been happier with the final product. Since then, we have purchased additional jewelry, including a pearl necklace that was custom made, had two rings repaired/resized and even sold some old gold jewelry. I will continue to make the trip from Saratoga because of the service and attention that I always receive.

Sondra's took the time to carefully shorten my grandmother's fine watch so that I could wear it to my son's bar mitzvah. It was very delicate and it took a few fittings to get it just right. It fit perfectly and they did a great job!

I have been a customer for years because of their quality jewelry. Recently, they have expanded their inventory to include CBD Oil for the relief of anxiety and chronic pain. Having Arthritis, I decided to give it a try. It really does help and Sondra, Anthony and staff have gone out of their way counseling me on its use. These are quality people who deserve our support.
