Wonderful experience with Cooper Country Ford! Kevin helped me order my Ford Maverick back in January and walked me through all the different options. Come May it was time to pick up the truck and Kevin was once again super helpful and fun to work with! Pick up and payment was easy, he took the time to walk me through all the bells and whistles of the truck, and made driving off of the lot easy! Cooper Ford always has fantastic service and my last visit was no different. I stopped in for a vehicle inspection and was back on the road in about 25 minutes. This was after the free car wash that they provided for me. I cant say enough good things about this service department team, they truly understand customer service and how to make you feel like a friend. I'm only able to leave 5 stars in this review but Cooper Ford really deserves 10 stars!! Thanks for the great service

Cooper Country Ford is the best place to have your Ford vehicle serviced. They are fast, friendly and do a great job. At my last service appointment they were running a few minutes behind, when I paid my bill they took 25 bucks off and apologized for being a few min behind scheduled. I highly recommend Cooper Country Ford!!

Forty minutes is a bit of a drive when there are two dealers a lot closer. I bought my Bronco from Cooper on a whim, mostly because it dropped in my lap. I had a great experience working with Bill through the sales process. I wasn't sure I'd go all the way back for service, but my first stop there was actually fun! The guys there are friendly and knowledgeable, and I plan to keep making the trek.

Excellent experience buying a car from Kevin Royce at Cooper Country Ford. I live over an hour away and he was very accommodating of the distance and my work schedule as we worked out details over the phone and through email so I could make it one trip to buy the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions thoroughly, was honest and was great to deal with overall. Highly recommend and would certainly go back to buy another car from Kevin in the future!

I got a flat tire down the road from here and Matt and another man who’s name I didn’t catch were so helpful. The tire was irreparable, but they put on my spare, pointed me in the direction of the nearest tire shop, and even called their contact there ahead of me arriving. They offered some advice on my tires as well, and didn’t charge me for changing the flat. Grateful for their kindness and guidance when I needed help. Good people and great service!

What a great establishment to do business with! I decided to go ahead with the lease of a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee on a Thursday morning, by 3:30 that same day the vehicle I wanted had been brought in (didn’t have the color I wanted in stock) and picked it up on Friday at 4:30. My Class B Pleasure Way Van became inoperative at McDonald's across the street from Cooper Country Ford. I was on vacation heading to Maine, and suddenly my van refused to start and after several attempts to jump start my vehicle I knew I was in trouble most likely needing an alternator and a new battery at minimum. Luckily my breakdown occurred so close to Cooper Country Ford's Service Department. They assisted me in ordering the required parts; helped me find a nearby motel to stay in; drove me to the motel; and let me know the parts would be delivered in the morning and they would find a way to move my vehicle to their service department for repair in the morning. They lived up to their excellent reputation and repaired my vehicle in the morning, and had me on my way early the next day. Thanks to Mike the Service Manager, and to all the employees who helped me during this stressful breakdown. No one wants to have vehicle problems so far from home (Indiana), but when you receive such outstanding service, I find that the experience was made that much easier because of the help they provided me. They didn't just repair my vehicle, they made me feel at home, and ultimately gave me the confidence to say that this Service Department was just OUTSTANDING! Thanks again! John Renz

The Service Department is very professional, thorough and kind. We ended up here with car trouble, no appointment, not knowing them at all, and they could not have been more helpful. Real old-fashioned trustworthy service center full of nice people.

I had my car serviced today and I am so impressed with the service since Mike Bass took over as service director. I feel like a valued customer again. On a scale of 1- 10 with 10 being great I would rate them at 25....off the charts great!.
