Great place to work.

I will no longer buy from companies that use JB hunt as their delivery provider. On 3 separate occasions they have completely ignored the window signed up from the original company and have come at their leisure without warning. On 1 occasion they actually forgot our product and had to reschedule. I cannot say enough about my distain for the customer service and professionalism of this company.

Absolutely the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with, or not dealt with actually! After having a delivery rescheduled by them and them giving me a new date for delivery, they leave a message the day before saying they don’t deliver on Saturdays and to call to reschedule. So they don’t deliver on the day THEY told me they would deliver it. Makes perfect sense. Now for the better part of a week I have been calling several times a day to attempt to reschedule again, I get placed on an automatic call back list and have yet to get a call back! Beyond infuriating!! HORRIBLE in every way.

I wish I could give this company no stars. Constantly rescheduling deliveries, giving 12 hour delivery windows on a Saturday only to not show up or call. Then not doing anything to try and make things right. I’ve never experienced such poor service. Shocked that companies choose to work with them to deliver their products.

What kind of delivery company doesn't delivery on weekends? I've ordered a product that needs to be delivered and have no idea when I'll be able to receive it because this bass-akwards company only delivers during the week. Why make your deliveries available only during times when most people are not available to be at home? Make it make sense.

Our dryer was scheduled to be delivered on July 8th. We scheduled a window time period of 12 to 4 in the afternoon. No call. No delivery. The dryer never made on the truck. Was told I would have to wait until July 28th

Didn't call to give us a window of time and then they showed up before 8 am which disrupted the morning school routine. Asked if they would come back later and they said no. Then they cancelled the pickup. Would not recommend.

Hit my tree upon delivery. Cancelled multiple times. Very rude customer service.

Fui chófer de esta company en la cuenta que trabajaba para Walmart PA...la paga era buena; MI MAYOR APRENDIZAJE...NO CREER EN NINGUNA COMPAÑÍA CUANDO HABLES POR TELÉFONO; SI TE DAN LAYOFF ASEGURATE DE TENER PRUEBAS, EVIDENCIAS Y EMAIL...porque luego JB hunt negara todo, reclamara tú seguro por desempleo y te harán ver como lo que no eres...YO ESTUVE 6 MESES PELEANDO MI CASO...Y GANÉ...lo más molestó serán las acusaciones subliminales, las mentiras a nombre de la empresa, y todo lo mezquino que puedas imaginarte para ROBARTE TUS DERECHOS DE DINERO POR DESEMPLEO...
LES GANÉ LA APELACIÓN CON LA OFICINA DE DESEMPLEO...EN ARKANSAS...
Y LES GANÉ 3 APELACIONES QUE PRESENTARON EN CORTE...
